Worth a try if you have kidney or bladder issues.
I have had severe kidney, UTI, bladder problems and kidney stones since I was a young person. As long as I take one capsule of these every night it helps me to not have to get up every hour and a half throughout the night and only have to go maybe once a night. Big difference. It's also helped to cut down on my bladder spasms.

I think it’s working pretty good. I’ll know more in a few weeks though. It’s easier to take since it’s just one pill a day!
