absolutely very good nice warm keep the towel very warm keep the towel warm all day fresh for hot towel shave.

Not working
The delivery was fast but this towel heater not heating. When i plug in thats was start working but then after 1 hour that stop heating at all. ☹️☹️😭

Makes all my towels nice and cosy!
The heater does what it says it does on the tin! It heats my towels up nicely and they are never too warm. They do cool down very quickly after you take them out though. It is lightweight for how big it is but you wouldn't want to have to move it around all the time. Would recommend

Terrible defective oven
Didn’t need it right away.Went to use and it does not turn it on.Worst purchase ever and now I get a message saying that return windows is closed and I just lost almost $200 on a defective product.Very unhappy. Stay away from this oven.

Faulty bulb, no replacement offered!
I just bought this unit and I contacted the company about this unit and how the bulb doesn’t work they’re saying they don’t have any record of me buying this from them. Very dissapointing! I don’t wanna send the whole unit back I just want a replacement bulb! Beyond frustrating for a $3 bulb!

Does the job
Takes a really long to heat the towels. I have to start it the night before so I don’t have to show up to the spa an hour early. Once hot it’s great
