These magnets are exactly what I needed. The only "problem" is they are so strong it is very hard to separate them should they come in contact with each other without something in-between them. I was able to separate 4 out of 6 easily enough by sliding them apart but the last two weren't cooperating so much. Any use of a thin metal like putty knife or flat head screwdriver to wedge apart didn't work as they would stick to the top of the magnet when trying to push between the two magnets. I finally used a catfood can lid (aluminum) and it worked very well. It was perfect, thin enough to slip between the magnets & separate them.

Magnets are very strong once you have their polarity straight. Double sided foam tape could be stronger but I used two of them and it seems to have worked, so far. Used one on door stop and one directly on door. Works very well.

I use these magnets to attach the church banner to the tent at craft shows. They work well without having to find a way to attach with rope. The only issue is that they are brittle. If you drop them, they will shatter.

These are a good size magnet and they are very very strong. I bought these for the magnetic stick up lights. The other smaller magnets don't work to hold these up. I couldn't find replacement magnets for those lights and once you put them up they are there for good. These are the same way. The glue sticks well and magnets are powerful. The price is a bit high but I'd definitely buy these again.

to begin with i ordered these to put up signs to keep others from dumping trash into our dumpsters. they take and swap out those dumpsters every other week. i needed magnets for the signs so that i could remove then and then put them back up once that is done.these magnets looked like they would do the job. on arrival the first thing i noticed was that the top couple of magnetics were smashed into tiny pieces? so there is no solid metal these are a composite material. they are similar in size to quarters both in diameter and depth. stacked they actually look like a stack of quarters not magnets.but as said some were smashed up. this is where i found how powerful they are. trying to get the broken bits off the rest of the magnets was not an easy task by any means. fyi due to how breakable they are REMEMBER the 6" rule. if you get two of these within 6" of each other they'll literally jump out of your hands to 'grab' each other. no wonder they put small plastic dividers between them so you can pull them apart.therein lies another problem. they do not come with adhesive already applied to the backs. instead they send some generic looking round glue tabs. even after letting these sit for awhile before putting up the magnets are far too strong for the adhesive to hold up when the item is removed. at most i was able to lift the sign off once before the magnets ripped off the glue tabs. simply not a good design for magnets intended to be removed with whatever they are attached to.the magnets that did make it unbroken cannot be used for their intended purpose all due to the glue/sticky tabs not holding up. so between the fragile nature of these and the lack of adhesion with the glue/sticky portion i can't recommend these. they are amazingly strong magnets but with two too many flaws for me. they might well work out for others which is why i gave them a three star rating and not two.FYI amazon customer service as usual was great. i let them know about the broken magnets and the issue was resolved in under five minutes. i appreciate that very much!

So I originally got these to use as a stronger magnet for holding documents (Purchase orders that were awaiting invoices, purchasing lists, to-do requests, etc) at work. Where my desk is located, I have a shelf at about eye-level that has a metal crossbar, and it works as a spot to put stuff that I don't want to forget about. So I have this one magnet that is fine, until you start getting a few pages thick and then it doesn't work as well and I needed something with more oomph. I wasn't quite sure how strong these would be until I took them out of the box. After sticking to LITERALLY ANYTHING METAL in a 2-inch radius (no joke, it took 5 minutes before I could get enough pens and paper clips away so I could take the picture), I finally got them to attach to my tape measure, which I didn't even know was magnetic until these little guys came around.They are POWERFUL for how small they are. You could almost say they are aggressively magnetic! It takes some serious effort to get them apart, and heaven help you if you let them get stuck together without the little plastic spacer rings they come with. I had to get a little door panel tool to get them apart again without damaging the magnet itself. The downside (and why they sadly won't work for my particular application) is the size; approx. 1/16" thick and 1" in diameter, they come with 3M sticky pads that adhere to the magnet pretty darn well, but if you do go that route for an install/project, don't expect to get them out with ease. I'll find some other use for these guys, but I'm still on the search. 10/10 Great little magnets!

These magnets strong like crazy. Holds really good. Make sure to open the box slowly so the magnet don't jump up and connect to eachother.
