Not happy with it yet

I open this up and notice that it had old glue on it was the first thing so I already knew that it had been used already. But I made the excuse in my mind that maybe it was an official part and that they parted out an old Samsung phone and sold the parts. Wrong. The replacement part was noticeably different than the original part. I figured it could work anyway so I installed the part, turned the phone and the phone started in safe mode. I restarted the phone several times and even tried to turn off the Safe mode and it would not start without being in Safe mode. I called customer service to let them know and they are sending out another one. Thw 1st thing I also mentioned is that the packaging was fine and that the part was just used, so I am not sure how they will send me another one without it also being used. I have attached pictures. I will update this once I get the second replacement.
