Had to re purchase this after 25 years without one. After a knee surgery I was sent home with one of these Cryo Cuffs and wow was it amazing. 25 years later and not really sure what happened to my old one I decided to get another. I wont loose this one!! works great. Just fill cooler up with ice and water and then raise it higher than your knee or body part to be cooled down. Gravity forces cold water into the cuff and when the cuff warms up just hook up the water line and lower cooler under the cuff and allow gravity to force water back into cooler. Just repeat the process as many times as you want for an ice cold cuff.

Had to buy on vacation for knee injury and it works great! Highly recommend. Being able to take it anywhere is a huge plus!

We have had several of these machine before that were issued to us by the hospitals where we had surgery. We ordered this machine to be used on my husbands recent shoulder replacement. When we opened the box we realize this is not what we wanted. It looks as if you are supposed to use gravity to move the cold water up and down to circulate meaning you live the unit up & down to get the water to your injured area. In other words there is no power to circulate cold water. The former machine we had had power in the lid & there was a small motor in the lid that allowed the water to move around for hours with out touching having to refill. This machine would require the injured party to pump their good arm up & down countlessly to move the water???? Bad design....really not acceptable !
