Great work o it bench. Easy to assemble. Easy to use and fold down for storage. Back of bench easily can be declined several levels as well.Stable and secure when doing things like step ups, chest presses, hip thrusts, or core work.Great bench for small spaces as well!!The extra bands it comes with don’t really work. You can attach them easily, but unless there is weight on the bench you go to pull on them the bench goes flying. The bench it self is fabulous.

I recently received this adjustable weight bench and I am very pleased with it. It was nearly fully assembled, just a few small things to do and it is ready to go. The frame is sturdy and the seat and back rest are nicely cushioned. It is light weight and folds in half so it is easy to store when not in use. It may take a few times of opening it up and folding it for it to become effortless but it really only takes a minute or two to open it up, put the pins in to secure the frame and then take pins out to fold it when done. Also, the price is very reasonable and affordable for a sturdy piece of home workout equipment.

We only had to assemble a few smaller pieces to complete it.I’ve included my 5ft self as a reference as well as close ups of all the adjustable areas.I originally intended to give this to my bf on christmas but had a gut feeling he would appreciate it before then. AND I WAS RIGHT !! He told me this was the best gift ever bc while we are fortunate to have roomates who have the adjustable weights, my bf no longer has to go to the gym every day !! He says this is great for his chest workouts as well as his arms (i’m sorry i don’t workout so i’m unsure of the technical names). AND, he says it’s better than the planet fitness benches :DMy baby is able to hit most of his simple workouts using this bench all while avoiding a crowded gym !! However, one star removed bc he does say when he leans forward on the larger piece for a couple of his workouts, it is a bit unstable. (expected bc of the price tho).Side note : our cat loves scratching things and we unfortunately do have a couple marks from her claiming her spot. So if you have animals who will do such things, i personally wouldn’t keep them around the area. While we’re thankful the fabric didn’t tear, i am worried it will at some point if she goes after it again. (she listens well so fingers crossed 🤞🏽 ).

I loved this workout bench because it was easy to assemble and fold down to store. It was sturdy enough that I felt comfortable stepping up onto it. The seat as well as the back can be adjusted to multiple positions, making it very functional. It also comes with two sets of resistance bands that can be hooked to the base. It's a good bench for the price.

I love how this bench folds up and can be stored without taking up space in my home. It’s easy to set up, sturdy and feels secure and it wasn’t super expensive. The add ons were also a nice feature.

The size was perfect! The bench is very light weight and it has adjustability to it. It is also very sturdy and does not move around when working out. Overall good bench and especially for the price that it was definitely purchase!

This was pretty easy to set up and overall a pretty good product. When putting it together I did notice the instructions were a little confusing, but helpful. All of the little screws and pieces were kind of annoying while putting together, but not a total bust.When sitting on it, it's a little UN-sturdy when leaning off to the sides so do be careful with heavy weights if you are unstable. The bench itself is comfortable but sometimes sliding is a problem if you do not plant your feet. The base at the bottom is a little skinny for the build but does help with storage because it is so tiny. Storage for this is very easy because it folds up super tiny and compact when fully folded. It is super easy to fold other than having to unscrew the center bolt, but is fast and reliable.The bands are great for attaching to the bench and are very resistant and good for training. Do be careful while using the bands because the bench is so light it can flip, you can just weigh the bottom down it that does not become a problem anymore. This price is very reasonable compared to other benches. This is a very durable product and I do recommend this for someone just starting out or for someone that has a small space.

We got this for our home gym and it was a good buy it isn't too big or small both husband and I were able to use it. Came with a calendar type paper to help with types of workouts you can do it was a great item to add to our small home gym
