This is probably one of the best purchases I have ever made! I have had it now. For months and I have had not one problem with it. I encourage anyone who may need two screens but only have a laptop to do this!

Awesome product

The customer service is top-class. They are responsive and really make the effort to help. Had a problem with the unit well outside the return window period but that did not prevent them for helping to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.On the product side, the functionality is good but the design of the product makes it a bit difficult to get it on and off the laptop and one needs to be really careful otherwise it is very easy to damage the unit beyond repair.Additionally, the USB-C to USB-C cable is prone to damage because of the way the port is positioned and it is difficult to get the cable off. Besides, even though it is only a USB cable, it appears to be proprietary, with a heavy price tag in case a replacement is needed.

This product was GREAT UNTIL IT WASNT!! Purchased this in June and by mid Aug I started having problems with the screen glitching. I’ve never dropped or improperly used this product, it just went out over a very short period of time. I’ve tried contacting Amazon support and received no help. I tried contacting the manufacturer and again NOTHING…Again, it worked perfectly for everything I needed when I initially purchased, but it’s clear the quality of this product does not support the constant everyday work from home type of use…unfortunately, I’m stuck with it due to the return date passing and being ghosted by Amazon and ROYY Tech…I WOULD LOOK FOR SOMETHING BETTER QUALITY IF YOURE LOOKING FOR LONGEVITY!!!!

Perfect for working for home

It took a minute to figure out how to get both screens to work with my computer. Once I figured it out, I am very pleased.

Things to love. 1) nice size 2) light weight 3)Clips to your screen so you don't need table space next to your laptop to support it. 4) Great display color and speed and brightness 5) has a support so that the weight does not affect the tilt of the laptop screen - the screen will stay where you put it. 6) Uses HDMI to USBC cable and separate USBC power. 7) all cables required are supplied. 8) Very easy on an off and fits most laptops. NOW FOR THE NEUTRAL The USB C cable required for power has no USB jack on my laptop to plug it into - HOWEVER the easy answer is to carry a 10K phone charger battery and it will be no problem at all, will go for hours. NOW THE NEGATIVES 1) you need a little room behind the laptop to put up the support rod 2) The support rod folds nicely for storage, but is loose when in use and can flop - NOTE TO VENDOR: make the support rod SNAP into place so it won;'t lose it's position from the tap tap tap of typing! - OVERALL: no regrets, would buy another one.
