I cannot recommend this supplement enough if you have a dysregulated nervous system or damaged nerves. I thought I was too far gone for help, but this product has helped me so much I the short amount of time that I’ve actually given it a try. I feel like my nerves that were damaged during a steroid epidural injection are actually starting to heal, and I realized that instead of taking it in the morning, if I take it at night, I sleep really well, which is a miracle in and of its own.

I have tried a few different nootropics and these seem to work well. They come in larger packages and are well priced. I like the quality and the value for the money. Recommend.

nooro is a reputable and established company, although their break-through in the supplement market seems to be a recent ambition. Their supplements are manufactured in a cGMP and NSF certified facility so you can have peace of mind in purchasing them. The batch I received had almost 2 years of shelf life. I'm honestly not impressed with the formulation of the Nerve Prime supplement... it's fairly basic and the concentration of active ingredients is very low. If you were to purchase the Alpha Lipoic Acid and Lion's Mane Extract separately you could get multi-month supplies at a fraction of the price of this 30-day supplement. For that reason, I just don't think I would recommend it.

Nooro is a relatively new company; I've heard of it for its physical therapy devices. I believe this is their first entry into supplements supporting nerve function. The individual components are good, though I'm not sure why this mix, and why this price. If you were to take each component separately, the amounts are low (the B12 is ridiculously low, the ALA is about half the normal dose, and the other two are at least 1/4 of normal, though the Lion's Mane is an extract so it's hard to tell). Perhaps there's a synergy of all when you take the blend. I'm trying it out for a few months and will report back. For now I can say it's made in the USA (for a Hong Kong address), arrived with just under 2 years expiration, comes double-sealed, and surprisingly there isn't much price savings by buying 4 bottles over 1. I don't get much of a taste from them but when you take a whiff of the whole bottle there's a nice kind of earthy smell, I'm assuming it's the tumeric. I like it. We'll see how it works... (4 stars is because I don't know if these do anything yet, they're not 3rd party tested, and the price just seems high for low doses.) Update: I still think they're overpriced for what they are, though they did help. But only in conjunction with my other antiinflammatory supplements (namely high dose Omega3s). On their own I didn't get much, but paired with other nerve inflammation agents they did lessen the sensations.

These have been a really good addition to my supplement selection. They don’t really have any taste or any after taste, they go down easy and it’s not something that you can “feel” working, it’s something that just kind of starts working. I didn’t feel a a huge difference but I did notice a longer time that I felt better and had more energy. Which was a huge plus because I think there’s a lot of supplements that advertise for a long time but few actually deliver, this does! There is a lot of side effects listed but I didn’t experience anything majorly negative nor did it effect the other things I have been taking. It’s a great size that’s last a while and it seems to be a great value ! I’m impressed and very happy! I would highly recommend these!

I got this supplement for the R alpha. Regular alpha lipoic that is more readily available and cheaper, from what I've learned, is less absorbent. R alpha has better absorption. I was concerned about the additional ingredient such as Lion's mane mushroom which some have a problem with digestion. So far, I haven't notice any issue. The other ingredient helps with absorption which is fine. The size of the pills are easy to swallow and it was great to get 4 in this package. Overall, very happy with this supplement.

I have neuropathy in my feet and besides staying off of them (my feet) as much as I can, I haven't really found anything that seems to help, until maybe now. I'm on week 2 of taking 2 of these a day and I have to say, I do kind of notice a slight difference. Oh, I still have pain, but it is not quite as noticeable. Now the reason I am cautious to say "Go out and get these, they are wonderful", is the history of my feet. This is something I have dealt with for 3+ years and I find pain does kind of go in waves. Some weeks horrible, others tolerable. I do have a 4 month supply, so thanks to my Vine Program, Amazon and The people at Nooro, I will get a really good feel for these by the end of February. I will come back here and update this review then. My only reservation is the investment for people if they don't work. These aren't a real cheap supplement, so I will do my best to stay on dose and get back here and update the 4 month trial of these.
