Would not recommend
Used it for 2 days and both tubes going in the bin. The taste of this toothpaste is awful!

Bad taste and smell
It may have whitened my teeth but it tasted absolutely awful and after being opened for a while it started to smell and taste like onions. Ended up in the bin rather than finishing it
