Delivered on time with 50% charge! . The provided charger and the wired battery condition screen came nicely packaged and it all setup within minutes. Everything i needed was there. They do provide cable extensions so that you can tie in the interface in the negative wire but i had to drill out the connector to fit the bolt on the interface. Easy, but necessary.The bluetooth app is AWESOME. The interface instantly connected and gives you more battery charging and run condition data than you could ever need.The battery is the same or less weight than ONE lead battery so the weight was reduced by about 400 pounds!The battery output is awesome, WAY more power than lead, my golf cart is almost too fast.I did install a 48v to 12v voltage regulator for a few bucks and it was money well spent so i can connect my bluetooth stereo speaker and other things on the cart.If the batteries last as long as they are supposed to, this is definitely a stellar deal with the included charger and battery condition monitoring system. This purchase is more than 5 stars, one of the best buy’s i’ve ever made, if the batteries hold up.Other:You will need a way to secure the battery. i placed a sheet of 3/4” plywood to create a large flat surface and screwed the charger down. I used velcro to secure the voltage regulator to the side of the battery. I had to have some simple wire eye crimped connectors to make up all the connections to bolt to the battery, and to setup the VR. it was easy, but was stuff that is needed to finish the job.

From the beginning:Customer Service: A+Item shipped via logistical carrier, upon receiving the package, the top of the box was literally torn and almost removed. With the shipping damage, the battery charger, digital monitor, buss bar and wiring was no longer in the box. Quickly reached out of Lossigy power, where Lisa responded within a few hours. I provided quite a few photos and it was determined the battery was ok per checking via the app. Once the battery was determined to be ok, within a few days a new box was shipped with all missing parts. The customer service with this company was quick to respond, handled the situation without issue and quickly resolved the situation.I questioned the purchase of this battery at first, due to it is not a "name brand", and worried the customer service would not be as prudent as others and I must say, they quickly put that to rest. I will be purchasing another battery from this company in the near future. I will do this without hesitation due to the spot on customer service I received.Battery power: A+I have noticed a slight increase in power and response. (this could be due to the weight savings)Battery has replaced 6 - 6 volt batteries in my golf cart, first off the weight saving is immense. I am saving approximately 240 pounds on weight.Battery Longevity: A (only because have utilize for one solid day, and a few short runs on other days)Utilized my cart for 6 hours with the on board radio going the majority of the time, The battery still had 80% of charge remaining. I see no reason this battery would not last for 2-3 days of use, or multiple trips to the golf course. This, all without charging.Battery Charger: AVery quiet, efficient and charges quickly.Cons:1) Your may have to build a battery tray to hold and secure the battery.2) The battery monitor instructions are difficult to read due to how small the writing is.Again I will be purchasing from this company again without trepidation.

Awesome battery. I didn’t have any issues with shipping or my box being beat up like other reviewers did. I couldn’t figure out the Bluetooth function. I was mailed support and they told me the app is called BAT-BMS in the App Store. Once I figured out the right app, it worked great! I shaved off 300 lbs from my 1980s EZ-Go marathon by replacing my 6 lead acid batteries with just one of these. Very awesome.

Value for money:Works great. Bought a ‘99 club car golf cart that was decked out with lights and turn signals but the 6 8v batteries were junk. Decided to go the lithium route but wanted to stay in a budget. Works awesome. Easy to hook up. Lots of power. Cart does 25mph

Battery was to replace 4 12 volt lead batteries...well packaged and straight forward install...I am currently using Bluetooth app and seems to be doing great...cart feels powerful...I haven't gone on any long drives but has been holding up...so far so good!

I was nervous about buying a cheaper battery from China. However, it has worked amazingly. It was easy to install because of all the YouTube videos out there. And I gained between five and 10 miles an hour versus my old lead acid.I give it only four stars because of the cables. The battery cables were not long enough. And the battery meter cables are about 4 inches long and need to go from the battery to the dash.Other than that, no problems at all.
