It needs to be steamed
The dress alone is pretty. The reason I gave it at 3 is the flower on the dress is more of a clip so it hangs down away from the dress. The way the dress is packaged it has a huge crease mark in it unless you have a steamer it is not a dress you could wear right away. I attached pictures

Not as much fabric on the bottom
I really like the dress and it fits my daughter as expected. Only concern I have is the fabric is very see through and I will need to get her a slip. The dress is not as poofy as the picture shows

Transparent, buy a slip!
I'm really glad that I tried the dress in my daughter before I needed it. It is transparent! If she would have needed to wear it, I would have needed to buy her a slip to go underneath!
