I've used this facial shaver about once a month for about 8 months now and I'll definitely continue to do so for life!Though I really don't have facial hair, I noticed a few around my mouth when I looked in the dreaded magnifying mirror. After looking into the benefits of Dermaplaning at home, I decided to give it a go using the steps below:1. Clean my face (I'm using a BHA balm and Cleanser)2. Apply Jojoba (I'm oily and like light oil) to the area I'm starting with.3. Using the "fine" blade I shave downward, wiping the razor with rubbing alcohol after each pass.4. Repeats steps 2-3 to each area of the face until all done.5. Immediately cleanse with a standard facial soap.6. Apply facial sheet mask with heavy hydrating properties (I like snail mucin masks)7. After removing the sheet mask, I apply a nice thin layer of jojoba oil all over my face (pictured in red)8. NEXT DAY: I like to follow up with Vitamin C serum for a super glow, it will burn if you choose to do this.(Pictured with only eye makeup/ concealer and skin care). I'm sure to avoid BHA toner and Glycolic acid for the next few days.I would suggest not doing this after a few glasses of wine... Take it from me, it's not cute to have a cut up face and finger the next day. I really appreciate how smooth my skin is after this treatment and I feel like I look slightly younger for the week after. For reference I'm 32, have oily skin, live in a dry climate and have a night/day skincare routine.

I like the weight and sleek look. These are serious blades. Cut myself the first time using. The plastic ones I usually get take some pressure to work. These do not need any.

5/5 RatingThese dermaplaning tools are very good. They're disposable but you will get a long life with the blades. I got a facial nearly 10 years ago and after that I was hooked! I try to get them as much as I can but with inflation it seems like everything doubled at least so for now I try to do many things on my own at home. And dermaplaning is one of them. You're basically shaving your face of the small facial hairs to make your face look and feel smoother than before. This also helps when you're applying any type of product / moisturizer. These come with course and fine blades. I have always bought tinkle disposables but I believe these are even better. I would definitely purchase again.

I love that these have an option that doesn't have the little ridges. Those always scratch my skin and irritate it. These are smooth and don't bother my skin.

Equal amounts of coarse and fine blades. Easy to change them out.

I really like the blades for fine hair, they are dramatically better quality than the typical facial razor. But the razor heads are very hard to remove without damaging if you want to switch between the coarse hair and fine hair blades

I was very reluctant to even try this, but honestly what was I waiting for...peach fuzz gone!!

I’ve boughten different versions of these blades before, they always seemed to disappoint me by having a rather dull edge. These ones feel high quality and are extremely sharp. The first time I used it, I sliced my hand opening it.. my hand has fully recovered and I am much more careful now, however I wasn’t expecting the quality to be so.

This has a solid, nice to hold handle. I love that you can change the head, reducing waste. Works the way you expect the product to.

One of the best derma tools on the market. Very sharp and the handle is made of sturdy metal. One blade goes a long way and is great at exfoliating. If your tried of the disposable plastic handles ones this is the one I recommend getting.
