I was talked into giving up my waterbed years ago and never replaced it. I finally bought this one and will never give it up again. Really like the feature of not being immersed in a frame, so much easier to make!

The mattress sprung a leak at a seam between the air chamber and the water chamber, rendering the bed unusable. Fortunately, no water leaked out. But that was the only good news.

The air chamber that surrounds the actual water bladder is bigger than I had anticipated, so there really isn’t a huge “water bed” area. However, it was easy to unbox and set up.

It's easy while getting into position or out of the bed for you to feel whatever you are using to support it via the floor or a box spring or something to that extent but it is what it was described and it is comfortable

have purchased two of these now. both only lasted 6 months each mattress sprung a leak between the water blader and the outer rim which makes up the soft side and is filled with air. this mattress could be made better if the water blade were two separate units.

How complains about a water bed that is heavy? It’s a WATERBED!

I don’t feel right giving it stars at all, but I gave it three for the fact that they delivered it promptly. When I received it, I had a feeling that I shouldn’t open it and that I should return it immediately. They had good customer service that answered questions, but they were kind of confusing, and then I realized that if the outer edge popped for any reason which is filled with air, by the way, that it might pose a huge risk And I would be in trouble with trying to patch it. It’s just not like a traditional Water Bed mattress for soft side Water Bed. For that reason alone, I returned it.
