This set promises the best backdrop for your most memorable moments. DO THESE COME INFLATED? No, they ship deflated. HOW DO I INFLATE THEM? Please note some items are air only, some are helium. Take them to your local party store to be inflated or you can inflate them yourself by purchasing a helium tank. Helium tanks can be found at Target, Walmart, and any craft stores or specialty balloon stores. DO NOT INFLAT BRIDE BALLOON. THIS IS AIR ONLY. **PLEASE NOTE: YOU CAN FILL RING AND LATEX BALLOONS WITH REGULAR AIR OR HELIUM. IF YOU FILL WITH REGULAR AIR, THE BALLOON WILL NOT FLOAT.
