Impressive and great value helmet.
This helmet has some amazing features and integrated audio is the best of many I have used. Build quality is excellent and the functionality of the mechanisms are tight and reliable feeling. The carbon fiber exterior (I doubt the entire shell is CF) is attractive and the helmet is pretty light overall, considering it being modular and equipped with audio. The 40MM JBL speakers provide the best volume and sound quality I've ever had. The optical quality of the two shields is up there with the best. Two things to know: Sizing is very tight-buy a size bigger! 2nd, this helmet is rather difficult to actually get on your head but once on, is snug and comfy with no apparent pressure points. Other plusses: it comes with a helmet bag and another nice zippered transport bag. Also a spare tinted outer helmet shield.

I just received this helmet 3 days earlier then expected and appears to be a very nice helmet but definitely order 1 full size bigger.

Wrong size shipped but immediately remedied I will order from them again good
I was accidentally shipped cause CL rather than the 3xl I ordered. BHM was courteous and professional about isdueing a RMA and shipping me out the correct size. it should arrive today. I’ll update my review when the new product shows up, but in the meantime, limited amount of testing I was able to do with the car system revealed it paired well and Sound was very good.

Don't plan on returning!
No, the visor feel apart day 1. It was to small so I returned it and got charged $250 restock fee. Not happy at all!

On and Off Difficulty Solved
You definitely need to order one size larger, I did and it was still difficult to put on. After struggling to get the helmet on the tightness was around the check and neck area. Taking the helmet off felt like removing my ears. I contacted Black Hills Moto, talked with customer service Matt and Jobina who provided a solution to my problem. They shipped me a one-size larger check pad which solved my issue. The 3xL check pads fit perfectly in the 2xL helmet. Great product and customer service.

Excelente casco para usar con todo tipo de motos 🫶 solo le cambiar la pestaña de la visera que está centrada y arriba lo te hace UE se más incómodo apertura manual pero todo lo demás es espectacular!
