It does what it is supposed to. Only hold one big scoop of protein powder, so if you are one who does more than once scoop at a time, then this is not for you. Does take some tapping to get the powder out of the nozzle part. All in all, great to bring protein powder with you every where you go.

I included extra pictures for perspective. It holds little more than 1/2 cup. I got these for my teenager, but she hasn't actually used them yet, so I'll do an update if there are any issues. So far, so good!

It's too big for single serving of protein powder and the spout is too small to measure out a single portion if you choose to use it for multiple portions. Would work much better for a less fine powder.

Theses are large enough to mix multiple things in, we use them for protein and creatine scoops! The lids are a bit small and fall to bottom of dishwasher easy
