I love this grain it
I love this grain it, it makes some absolutely delicious/nutritious bread. The only issue I found was that my bag was infested with grain moths. It was a minor infestation and relatively harmless but if left unchecked would have gotten out of hand. I did some research to find the most effective method was to place the bag in the freezer for 2 days, this killed off any moths and any eggs that might have been laid in the grains.

I have to admit I bought this by mistake, thinking it was Einkorn flour and not the grains themselves. However, not to be defeated, I’ve used my coffee grinder to mill the grains. I’ve just ordered some more - I’ve paid attention this time though and made sure I’ve actually ordered Einkorn flour 😊 Absolutely love Einkorn.
