These inserts definitely make a difference, added support, try them. I stand on my feet for about 5 hours a day and my feet feel so much better, they work.

I think these gave me more pain.

I popped these insoles in my slippers as soon as they arrived. Felt supported right where I needed it. Popped the insoles in my boots and went for a walk soon after. Besides it feeling a bit tighter over the top of my foot I felt I could walk forever. My feet felt supported and did not get tired or achy. I may have to buy another set. One for home and one for work.

I searched some time for insoles, these are great quality and very supportive, as I suffer from Planitar facilities and also Mortons Nuloma. These have proved to be the best I have bought and not too expensive. So I would buy again highly recommend

As others have said “they’re uncomfortable.” Initially I found that too; however when I got used to them they soften and become much better. I have unusually high arches so these give me the support I require. Naturally other people will have their own issues.
