Firstly read all brief instructions and make sure to follow them. It's really easy to use- brush your teeth with the toothpaste provided.- use the accelerator on the front of your teeth.- carefully apply the strips to teeth and wait until they are dissolved.- rinse out mouth- brush teeth again for 2 minutes with the toothpaste provided.Follow the above steps and within 2 uses I saw my teeth whiten.There was no discomfort/tenderness or any negative for me. The strips are pleasant tasting in your mouth (citrussy) and dissolve between 5-7 minutes.

Make sure you read instructions properly or you will end up with a nasty blister on the lip as I did!The box contains whitening strips,an accelerator liquid which you have to administer over your teeth prior to sticking the strips on and a mini whitening toothpaste.The instructions on the packaging provide a lot of information but I would have liked to see a bigger warning along the lines of keeping your mouth open for the 5 minutes the product is working.The first time I used it I closed my mouth, the strips got stuck to parts of my lip and this resulted in a nasty blister.After day 1 of use I definitely saw a whitening effect of my teeth.The toothpaste also left a fresh minty breath which lingered for hours. However, I really didn't see that much improvement after 4 days although my teeth felt really clean like when you go to the hygienist for an annual clean.I think this was more due to the fact my teeth have a natural yellow tinge and not the efficiency of the product.

The whitening strips are simple and easy to use. The instructions were straightforward and this is a four day whitening set. The set comes with a toothpaste, which has a pleasant and minty taste and strips that are to be used morning and evening. The strips attached easily to my teeth and they dissolved in my mouth. It definitely helped my teeth become a shade whiter and I was happy with the result.

These were reduced by 33% very shortly after I bought them. First disappointment lost them a star!Second star was lost because I found the strips unpleasant in my mouth. Granted they dissolved in 6/7 mins but as they began dissolve as soon as they touched any part of your mouth, gum or tooth, a clean application was not easy. Although you are supposed to use them twice a day I could only find it tolerable to use them once a day.So after 8 days I did see a small improvement in shade, but only slight. Whitening toothpastes give a similar effect and I wondered how much the small tube of toothpaste in the box would have contributed alone to the improvement.All in all I felt that although these strips might have been more convenient than some of the other methods of home teeth whitening out there, the cost and the minor effects made them poor value for money. Perhaps if I had got them at the reduced price and had been more tolerant of the dissolving strips I may have given 4 stars as it was a quick unfussy process compared to their other whitening strips. The instructions were clear and the box contained everything needed for 8 applications.

These strips and whitening toothpaste really work! Easy to use, just brush as normal with the toothpaste before and after applying the strips with the adhereing sponge. The strips do dissolve and have a minty taste. It can be a little fiddly first time, but practice makes perfect. I am very impressed with the result of this whitening system. I highly recommend them.

I am a ground coffee fan and drinker so worry about my teeth being stained after drinking this. I purchased the strips to see if they would help with the staining and did notice a difference after only a couple of applications of the strips. I did find them a bit uncomfortable to use and as another reviewer has said keep your mouth open whilst the strips are in place to prevent them sticking to your lips. The taste isn't unpleasant and the toothpaste provided was very good.

Do not use this!! It will make your teeth really sensitive that you won’t be able to brush your teeth afterwards!

I was actually really surprised by these. They were very simple to use. Use the toothpaste , apply the accelerator, add the strips over the top. Then after five minutes when the sealant strips have dissolved in your mouth , brush your teeth again. There was as the box says a change in colour from first application and there are eight in the box. I was really pleasantly surprised how simple it was (though my write up may sound more complicated) and the fact that there are eight applications in the box.
