These are good for weight loss with other supplements
I like that they are natural and that they work. Also smell pleasantly of the main ingredient. I have been taking these for many years so I don't get the benefit of a noticeable weight loss, but I would not dare to stop taking them, they are not expensive and do no harm

Stopped taking them ..
Regretfully whether they were working or not I had to stop taking them after a couple of weeks as gave me rapid heartbeat, gave me the jitters and pushed my blood pressure up. Shame :(
