Bought 1, was going to buy more if if it worked, but scratch that. Two issues:1. The initial set up went fine, but I could not get the scheduling feature to work. It kept offsetting by an hour, entering 8:00 PM resulted in 7:00 PM.2. Once set up, if I moved it from one socket to another, the WiFi connection would sever and have to be reset. It would not reconnect on its own. Not a major deal if you plan on leaving it in its original spot, but any power outage in the house would result in the same issue. I am assuming that if you had four of these, and the power went off, all four would need to be reset.Update 7/19/24U-Tec customer service contacted me and said there had been a firmware update. I installed that and it did fix the DST one hour offset issue, but nothing else. The scheduling function still does not work, which makes it worthless to me. I've spent way too much of my time trying to make a $12 part work, and I returned it this morning.

I’d be nice if they were a bit less bulky, I have outlets with spring loaded covers, had to use a footlong extension cord then plug the smart outlet into that. Had a cheesy 20-year old timer with a rotating time dial, glad to chuck that in the garbage!

This product is great to give the appearance of being home, even when out of town. You are able to set timers, so your lights come on and turn off at the same time daily. I also like being able to turn on and off lamps from my phone ap even if I am out of town. Smart plugs are easy to program and compatible with Alexa. I definitely recommend this product.

Amazing plugs. Didn’t know if they would work for my wall AC units and they work perfect. A little tough to set up a first. However, once I figured out which one was which worked great. So far, no interruptions nor any issues. Would recommend to anyone, actually going to go and buy another set or two

Product looked great, but it cannot connect to my 5G WiFi, so unable to use & had to return.

This is my first time buying a Smart Plug and I'm new to this realm of home automation, even though I've had a Google Home as my voice assistant for a long time. It was super easy via their phone app to connect to the wifi and I was able to locate it on my Google Home app by searching U-tec and then it was easy peasy! It connected to my Google home just fine then. I'm yet to try out the app functions but besides that, I'm happy with the performance it gives with the Google home app!

These were hard to get set up and then every time I turn around they are no longer linked to my Alexa. I have several plugs that are other brands and they never disconnect like this. Something just isn’t right with them.
