Delicious version of Madras Curry style.

A pantry staple
This is a very handy curry powder to keep in the pantry. Obviously works fine with Indian dishes (although there are better options for traditional authentic Indian cooking), but it's great for Coronation chicken salad, quick weeknight stovetop meals, English and French style curries, and in a pinch could be used (with some sweetening) for Japanese curry.
