Compassionate, clever and creative
I loved the respectful way that this book is written. So kind and gentle at an emotional and sometimes difficult time for families. As a nurse and IBCLC it's lovely to have such a practical resource to be able to recommend to families.

Mind blowing and so helpful
As a maternity nurse, I found "Breastfeeding without Birthing" to be a mind-blowing resource for mothers who are unable to give birth but still wish to breastfeed their babies. This essential guide provides practical tools and techniques for inducing lactation without pregnancy and birth, making it possible for mothers through adoption, surrogacy, and other special circumstances to provide their own milk for their babies. The authors' expertise and compassionate approach shine through in this informative and empowering book. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to breastfeed without birthing.

Game changer!
I'm on a few Facebook groups and have googled this many times but this book is different. I needed an organized written out instruction manual. I've breastfed three babies and this is so new to me I needed a whole book of help. I'm so grateful for this books help in an area no one around me has even heard of let alone could offer advice in.

Very Helpful for This Gay Mom Inducing Lactation
Very helpful guide for anyone looking to relactate or induce lactation. I’m a gay woman with a wife pregnant with twins, and I am interested in inducing lactation so that I can breastfeed as well. There is an incredibly long history of inducing lactation but it’s something we have been cut off from in modern times. It can be hard to find doctors or even lactation consultants with any knowledge about it. Having this book helped me advocate for myself, and navigate new paths when one path closed.
