First let me say that I normally do not write reviews but I was so impressed by this ebike that I felt like I needed to give a review to help others who struggled finding an ebike to fit their needs.I searched for over six months researching ebikes and was beginning to have anxiety over what to buy. The fear of buying online vs a brick and mortar purchase. Generic brands vs name brands. Customer support etc. This is what my experience was with Puckipuppy.First, the customer service is excellent. Being a nervous buyer I had many questions and Puckipuppy customer service responded to emails within 24hrs with answers to all my pre buying questions as well as after purchase questions. They were very clear and and super helpful. Tracking was provided for both bikes as well as tracking for the additional gift sets that I didn't even know I was getting. So a big plus for going up and beyond on the customer service.Secondly - yes I am an novice with ebikes so I can only say what I have experienced so far. Both ebikes came packed incredibly well. They were shipped via fedex ground from California to Georgia so across country and arrived without even a dent in the box. Each bike took about 30-45 mins to put together. Puckipuppy sent ACTUAL TOOLS to put this together in an accessory box with the manual and charger. Not the normal lame tools others send when assembly is required. The batteries in both bikes were about 3/4 charged so plenty of battery to do a test run after assembly.Once assembled, I took each bike on a 3 mile ride through the neighborhood just to make sure everything was tight and working as it should then hooked both bikes up to let them fully charge before the initial real test.The next day my son and I went on a 20 mile ride. Mostly streets, shared paths, and one short dirt trail. The bikes performed flawless. I am about 250lbs and used about half the battery on this ride. My son is about 175lbs and he used only used about 30%. Both of us used PAS 1-2 for the trip. There were some pretty good hills where I throttled up with the thumb throttle just because my knees were giving me some issues. I don't think this is a hard core extreme trail type of bike however, It totally handled the trail with ease and made the ride very enjoyable.The bike does stand a little taller than I though it would so if you are on the short side you may have a little trouble at a stop or be better suited for a step through model.Lastly - I am not affiliated with Puckipuppy in any way. I just wanted to share my experience with those that are having a hard time making a decision on an affordable ebike to enjoy with your family. Only time will tell for the durability but I plan to put roughly 60-75 miles a week on this ebike.

For starters the customer service is amazing! They called after receiving my order to verify if it was delivered safe and to see if I had any concerns. The bike was delivered a day early and was packaged very secure. It came with all the tools needed for assembly. The assembly took about 30 minutes taking my time. I have had the bike for about a week now and have put 100 miles on it. Mostly bike path and light off road trails. I love this bike! I’m 6’2 230lbs and it has no problems. The brakes work great as well. The large tires and suspension give it a very smooth ride. My longest ride so far has been 20 miles in town on level 2 assist. It used 1/5 of the battery. I would recommend this bike to anyone in the market for one.

Bought to go uphill in my local area during hunting season and it is extremely quiet and has great power for what I am doing. I like the camo on the bike I purchased it blends in great with what I wear. Great tread on the tires and the suspension takes every bump with ease. Super good brakes for downhill riding even when you have a full backpack or are going full speed. I’d recommend it to anyone that wants to get the job done when it comes to a serious hunting trip or a long ride. Besides how good it is for what I bought it for it is also very fun and fast, quick throttle speed and it feels very nimble even with it having a battery, I have a hard time getting my motorcycle riding brother off of it. I’m very glad I chose puckipuppy for my ebike

This bike is a beast! The bike came packaged very well, was fairly easy to assemble and looks great! The seat that comes with it is very comfortable to sit on during long rides. The only thing I could suggest is that the min height should be about 5’9” for this bike, unless your legs are very long. I am just a bit over 5’9” and have to stand on my toes with seat fully down while stopped. For me…this bike is perfect and I would certainly recommend it!!! This is a lot of bike for the money! Very Happy with purchase.
