I liked this cup when I received it, it kept my coffee nice and hot. Unfortunately it only lasted 2 months. After that, it just quit working. It will not turn on and it will no longer charge.. I hate it, but have to throw it away. I do not recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. The app and the false advertising about the button on the handle are very frustrating, but the base features work well enough that for me it's still worth it. I think the base features still deserve the 5 stars, but they really should address those things ASAP. I talk about it in the video a bit.

Don’t buy, you have been warned. The APP makes you register with all your info for some reason there is no touch button on handle and does not maintain a consistent temperature unless on charging pod. It only keeps the lower half of the coffee in the cup warm the top cools off like any other coffee mug

Although I truly like the brand and products, I was disappointed with the description and then relieving the item. It's smaller than described, and how I imagined. I've ordered the 14 oz. to replace this one.🤞🏽

I followed all the directions not that complicated except for the app which is more complicated than it needs to be. At no time did my cup keep my coffee as warm as I'd like let alone hot.

It does nothing as described. It doesn't hold the charge.

Overtemp function does not work, will heat an empty cup until battery dies

The app would not connect to my device. Had to return.
