Q: Does it help with itching feet? Plus, can you use it on your face?

Great for feet (and legs, arms, and hands). It's very thick and I would guess that it would clog the pores on ones face, therefore I would think it's not s suitable face cream.

Q: Is this parabens-free?

I don't know what parabens is but under the inactive ingredients, it does list proby/paraben. Hope this helps.

Q: Is this any different than gold bond therapeutic foot cream in the blue bottle?

The consistency of the diabetic cream is a bit thicker.
