The refrigerator is feature rich, fully convertible, connects and is controlled easily by smartphone(although not required), it has ample of storage and shelves for a family of 5-6, and its built quality is really good. Upgrading from LG double door to this one did not disappoint me at all, grabbing damn good offers on card and exchange. The water dispenser feature is actually useful, unlike I thought it would be, and the mechanism is very simple(no electronic components) so no fear of heavy bill on dispenser's break down in future. Just changing the dispenser would do, or leave it like that only, as it wont effect the fridge functionality overall. Door initially wiggled a little on closing, because of uneven floor, but once installation engineer adjusted the levelling screws, its rock solid. Very silent and efficient in terms of cooling and total worthy of every penny! Installation and demo was also done within 3-4 hours of delivery without having to reach out to customer care, etc. The comprehensive warranty in fact is 2 years (not 1 year as mentioned on product page. Amazon should update it!

The product is good It actually comes with 2 year warranty Cooling is well and both freezer and freeze are good with performance The color and capacity is perfect for 5 people use Overall the fridge is stable I will re write the review after 1 year use

Have been using this since last year. It's a very good product and there's no complaints till now whatsoever. The colour is good and fresh still. Very easy to convert and set temprature as per requirement. Almost no noise. Got an incredible deal so made it value for money.

Bought this refrigerator in October 2025, got it delivered on time, was contacted by the Haier person within 2 hours and he came within 4 hours to give the demo and start the refrigerator. Overall a good product, would update the review once i use it after a month Build quality is good, with ample space, wifi is included in this model, its energy efficient too, there is no any problem yet with door closing and opening , its working smooth, overall value for money product , need to use it for long time to see if there’s any problem with it

After service of Haier pathetic. Literally service Center guys don't receive calls. My request was for the change of my loose and broken water dispenser that too by itself to change but it took more then 3 months for that to change now new fridges PCB is burnt within 6 months of purchase still there is no PCB available at the service Center they are fooling me from last 4 days that it'll be coming tomorrow now they're saying that it'll come on Monday I'm writing this on Saturday. Worst and most pathetic service I have ever seen literally won't suggest anybody to go with their appliances because they might look good but their after service is one of the worst even their employees says we can't do anything and stuff like this. Have never taken any refunds or taken any thing this serious till date for any of the appliance or product I bought but this time in case Haier wants to give me a full refund of it I'll be happily taking it because the after sale service is the worst. Not having a basic PCB at the service Center what service you'll be able to provide? How people with only 1 fridge manage in case it'll breakdown that to within 6 months of purchase.
