Love this bike, love the color, easy to ride. I had to pick it up at UPS since they had wrong home address. I took it to a Professional bike store for instalation. The owner "Pila bike Shop" is a Champion Cyclist and did a great job for only $30. Everything was good after he set it up. I had a good price deal on the purchase of this bicycle and would recommend it. I will come back after a few months of use to rate it again.

Cute bike! I need a throwaway bike for a 5 month stay in Texas. This is great! I put a seat extender on it since I am 5’11”. It’s GREAT!

Really pretty bike, but the front wheel is frinky and won't hold air. Haven't actually used it yet.

It's defective item. When I got the bike, both wheels were broken. My father fixed it for 3 days and he was very angry with that. After two months, two wheels were broken again. The head of the bike was broken as well. OMG, did I purchase an old bike? I purchased a defective item. It's only 3 months, I need to purchase a new one. The point is, it's not cheap at all. Why I purchased a defective item for the high cost?

Assembly was difficult. Some parts didn't fit easily together and the instructions were not clear enough for connecting the brake system so I ended up taking it to a shop and had to pay extra to have it properly assembled. Now almost 2 months later with moderate use the rear tire is flat. No clear source of the leak. Disappointing. It is very cute and rides nicely but you get what you pay for I guess.

I want to begin by stating I typically do not write reviews to online purchases...but truly feel this company needs to be noticed. My family has ordered 3 of these bikes over the last month and we're truly happy customers. If you are experienced at all with assembling a bike, this should be a breeze for you. If not, each come equipped with instructions, tools, and everything needed to be riding soon! That said, one of the bikes, we think in shipping, was damaged near the derailer. Upon riding, the gears would not shift properly, causing the bike to malfunction at every attempt. We used all our resources that we had available to us to adjust, test, and try to fix the issue on our own ... Then I contacted the company. They made it right, resolving this issue quickly, and a new bike is on the way! My daughter is thrilled her bike is coming, since it was a gift for her 13th birthday. She'll finally be able to ride! We have every hope that it will be in great working condition like the others we received. They seem well built, and of good quality. What a pleasant surprise to be working with a company that stands by their product. We would purchase again without hesitation!

Beautiful, very simple to put together (almost comes put together with minor tweaks) I love the way it looks and rides. I received many compliments on the look of the bike. It’s much more striking than I imagined!
