I have sciatica issues and have had back surgery on my lowest disc so sitting in a car for a long time kills me. I bought this cushion to see if it would help relieve some pressure. I love it. It is soft and does exactly what I was looking for. I loved it so much I bought another one for my husband's car so I don't have to keep moving it back and forth.

This cushion is great for long drives in bucket style car seats or racing seats. I have one car with leather Recaro racing seats, and they pitch my pelvis and hips at an angle that makes me get out every 2 hours. I can drive longer without squirming when using this cushion. However, in my small SUV that doesn’t have as much angle to the seat bottom, this thicker cushion makes me feel like a giant and pitches me into an uncomfortable driving position. So that’s why I am deducting one star. As a taller lady, I’m not used to using anything to increase my seating height, so maybe it’s a psychological effect. I find this cushion to be useful in managing the nerve pain on long drives. It is also nice to use on wicker patio furniture or stadium seating. If you have a hip impingement, sciatica, or femoral nerve issues, this cushion is awesome! It is just the right size for me as an athletic build female, 5’9” and healthy weight.

It’s great in my Prius C. Cars like mine have a cup-like deep part of the rear of the seat. And that caused leg cramps and my aggravated my hip pain. This cushion is wedged so it fills that in and no more leg cramps. It might be to narrow for wide rear-ends, but you can put it in a little sideways too.

Sat on it briefly but I can say that it's really comfortable and will be helpful especially on those long drive.

Much more comfortable than my last one, but smelly (chemical). I get arthritis pain in my tailbone during car rides, so I have to have a cushion. Some cushions are too firm at the edge and make my legs fall asleep. This one is softer and more comfortable, though I've only had it on hour-long drives so far. I can update next time we take a longer road-trip. So far I'm happy with it except for the bad smell. At least the sun seems to be reducing the smell over time.

This cushion fits my car seat well, and because it is lower at the front, it is comfortable for the back of my knees. I previously tried a seat that wasn't slanted, and my legs became tired from stretching to work the pedals. I'm just under 5 ft., so the extra height this cushion gives me while driving is appreciated. It also lifts me to where the lumbar seat adjustments work for me in the right places. I also like the material used - the bottom has tiny grippers to keep the seat positioned correctly, and the top is a smooth, soft material that lets you turn easily to exit the vehicle. All these touches were very well thought out for successful manufacturing.

This cushion is fantastic!! I suffer from a bulged disk at L4-L5. I had JUST recovered from a 6-8 week flare up and had to drive 20+ hrs in the truck shortly after feeling better. I was SO worried because driving was a MAJOR aggravator to my back. It was so comfortable and the foam is a great density. Doesn’t squish and lose support. I’m a 155lb female. Super easy to wipe clean. Highly recommend!
