The monitor was securely packaged and arrive in great shape. I was impressed at its build and quality. The hinges (3 for this size) are just the right tension for opening, closing and positioning the screens. I bought this because I work from home and when I travel I can't just use my laptop screen. I use it to extend my main screen so I haven't used it yet for anything other than that but since it does so well with that function, I'm sure it will do its job well. I use this with both Mac and Windows systems. The screen itself presents a clear and beautiful picture. I love the size! It would not be something that I would use for my photography editing but that's not the reason I bought it. It would be great for watching videos but, again, that is not why I bought it. I have it mounted via VESA on an arm when at home and I purchased the sleeve for travel. I think that I might use that sleeve for storage but buy one with a strap for traveling with it. It has some heft to it, not enough to discourage me using it but enough to make me comfortable that it is of great build quality. It is not cheap plastic by any means. I find the plug-n-play works as intended and once I configured it as instructed, it was quite easy to get up and going both at home and on the road. After having used it often and in a number of different situations; I would be comfortable saying that if you happen to have one that doesn't function as you expected, then it's a one-off and not the norm. This thing is fantastic and I would buy it again. Everyone who sees it makes a comment about how nice it looks.

I travel a lot for work, laptop screen is not enough in some situations. When you are on the road with a laptop, this product helps me a lot to get my work and meetings done. For online meeting and executing demo sessions it is very beneficial to have multiple windows to manage the sessions. I can use one monitor for the meeting, I can have the notes on another monitor and also use the other monitor for other activities such as browsing/messaging/researching without losing sight of the meeting session. It fits into my laptop backpack together with the laptop, that is a big convenience when I am on the road. It supports both HDMI and Type-C connections and the cables are included. I do not have to use both monitors is space is a problem. I can simply fold it and use one monitor. In fact, they have different ports for both interfaces if you just want to use the upper monitor. Power cable is recommended for best performance but it is not required. That is also very helpful if I don't have enough power outlets available when I am traveling. I love that they provide many options on how you want the monitors to be used. Copy option is available if you would like to share the monitors for a big audience when they are with you. I can also make both of them independent, providing me 3 monitors (laptop, upper monitor, lower monitor) I can make two monitors as one giving me a much larger space to work on. Lastly, you can use two different sources for the two monitors. And all these options are easy to change with the click of a button on the side. The quality and the resolution is excellent. Even the sound option is available giving you another choice for audio.

Good double monitor, the only thing about this that I don't like is that the stand does not work for portrait position, good image, decent lighting, good colors

This makes studying, drawing diagrams or even brainstorming projects feel natural and efficient. Portability is another area where this monitor shines. The slim metal body is light enough to carry in my bag without adding weight. The integrated stand is sturdy yet folds away easily so I can set it up anywhere from a library desk to a coffee shop table. The 360 degree folding option means I can use it in whatever position is most comfortable whether upright for documents or flat for drawing. Overall this monitor makes work and study easier in every way. It saves me time, keeps everything organized and lets me work comfortably wherever I am.

1 year and started to breakdown. Below screen doesn’t work fully - only half of it.

The customer service was absolutely excellent. The representative was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our communication.
