This camera has a good picture night and day
This camera has a good picture night and day. However, the farthest up it goes is straight ahead. It goes down, left and right but up is straight ahead as you see in the picture. When you zoom all the way out you are looking at the ground. I called Eyedea, they claim it is setup right. I was told maybe put it up higher. I have it as far up as I can get just under my roof. I just don't understand why it looks straight ahead and that is as far up it goes, not even just a little more. I guess I have to tilt the whole camera upward, which will look weird but thats all I can think of doing. I would have rated it a 5 but with this problem I gave it a 3 star.

This system is easy to setup
I just installed this 8 CH system in my house. This system is easy to setup, self explanatory. Picture is so "GREAT" in day time. The night vision picture is "awesome!" Except one thing that you wont be able to see the license plate so clear which is expected for the price.What you don't know about this system is that it has Audio/ Video 4/4 cameras which is something you cant find elsewhere for the price.The Eyedea customer servise folks are so professional, kind and they communicate via email around the clock.

when you try not to have any unwanted activities going on in the parking lot of your business, you always need solid evidence before you could tell anybody to not come their. so i trie this camera with the 360 angel, the most clear zoom in quality and perfectly recored without any picture quality issues. I have this placed at the front door of my store and now i can know and have recordings of anything needed to put an hold on unwanted activities going on right in front of the food business place. thanks to this best zoom in quality camera for saving the business. after i had this thing hanging on the front door, believe me it made a big difference to the business and the place. a five star from me.

Outstanding camera, excellent HD video and great low light performance.
Used this camera to replace a lower resolution PTZ unit I had. WOW! It's low light level performance is incredible, full color picture in almost darkness. Sorry I have no light level meter, but it was so dark I couldn't read 14-16 point text in a magazine or newspaper, yet the camera showed like it was daytime - impressive! When the light got completely dark, the IR illuminators kick on and pic goes to B&W with a range of 60 feet or so. A dark night with overcast sky will actually provide excellent viewing even w/o the IR illumination. True HD quality video too! My only 'Con' to this camera is that it does not have enough room in it's mounting arm to contain the robust cable pigtail, I had to mount a outdoor single gang electrical box to contain the connectors.Although my DVR can control a PTZ camera, I got a cheap $69 joystick style PTZ controller for it and makes a great system.This is a fantastic camera and I highly recommend it.

Good features - malfunctioning PTZ
It was very disappointing that this PTZ cam malfunctioned right out of the box. While most features worked, the 360 deg pan was stuck. I returned it for a refund but would not purchase the same cam as a replacement. It was to be mounted on a very high pole and I couldn't afford the risk of another one failing after installation. So I ponied up the extra dough for a namebrand PTZ

Was disappointed because it came with a long coax cable
Works well with my cobra video security system, Plugged it in and it started right up with out any set up. Was disappointed because it came with a long coax cable, but didn't come with a long power cable or the three wire RS485 cable. Ended up using a 5 pair telephone cable for that.

easy setup, cameras are well made with true HD 1080P viewing quality day/night, remote viewing setup a snap. Make sure you have at least 25meg internet service otherwise buffering may become an issue
