The pan itself is great but it doesn’t have the second piece that comes with it. I don’t want to return the pan. I just want the missing part.

You have to remember the pan holds 5 cups of batter

Worked well, I baked it with the handles on either side straddled on taller bread pans to prevent the product from touching the oven shelf. After baking the cake it had a rounded contour exactly like a doughnut. I used a yellow cake mix and topped it with a maple bar glaze

This thing is fantastic. I used it on Christmas to make a cinnamon bun wreath and it was perfect. Love that it is bendy and nonstick... wreath was easy to pop right out after flipping! I will have this for many years.

I ordered this pan with both Flans and Angelfood Cakes in mind. It is very well made, and of a good size for family use. Silicone is proving to be a very practical material both for baking and storing. The silicone pan keeps its form in the oven and allows uniform baking. When not in use, the silicone pan is flexible and can be stored partially squished in smaller spaces. As my older metal non-stick and grease-able pans age, I'll be replacing them with silicone ones, which I'll order in a variety of colours so as to be able to quickly spot each one in storage.

Perfect for making cakes in the shape of an O. Non-stick is truly non-stick. Nice handles.I recommend you place a baking sheet underneath when putting into oven.
