A lovely, rich curry that a dear friend who lived in Japan for 15 years made for me. So I needed more! Don’t expect it to be like the Indian curry you may have had before.

This is one of my favorite curry’s. I love how it has a bit of spice and sweetness to it! Most of all it melts so well in with anything your cooking. Would highly recommend and can enhance your Asian style curry dishes or mix up a recipe! It’s flavorful, great taste and aroma!

first thing you need to know is that if you are accustomed to the packs from the store/commissary, each of these boxes is 2. So, instead of 5, I actually get 10 meals out of it. I thought it was expensive for 5, but the vermont apple is our favorite, but then I saw how large the boxes were and how there were 2 in each box and well.. even better!

The curry tastes nice, but it doesn't have a strong flavor as other ones. I like that it is not spicy at all, but I do have to use more roux to get a stronger taste.
