Great for gaming and casual use.
I was looking for a smaller gaming desk that can simultaneously function as an at-home office desk, with a top shelf section big enough to fit my massive monitor, with enough room on the bottom for my gaming keyboard and mouse to fit. After price comparing and analyzing the dimensions of several desks, I chose this one at the 55x42 size.I can fit my PC Tower, Monitor, Microphone, a few small decorative statues/plants, and a storage shelf/compartment with ease on the top shelf. It comes with storage holders that fit horizontal papers/notebooks, yarn, etc.It took me around an hour to put together by myself. The package is HEAVY and BIG. Be prepared to struggle getting it inside. I definitely broke a sweat just trying to slide the box across my floor.Assembled, the desk is very sturdy. It comes with little clips that stick to the underside of the desk and hold your wires, as well as a little headphone hanger on the side of the desk (which I use instead to hold the power cord and block for the desk). Place the sticky clips wisely--they're very strong, and do not come off once you stick them.At full speed going up or down, the sound isn't too loud -- just a little bit quieter than a home power drill. If you're concerned about sound, it's probably the same as most other moving desks. Unless your walls are thin, you barely notice the noise with the door closed or your headphones on.The desk comes with a keypad to pre-set multiple desk heights. I couldn't find the instructions, so I had to look up how to preset the numbers myself. Within the open storage compartment, there's a singular hole a bit bigger than a U.S half dollar coin for your keypad and mouse. In the center of the assembled desk on the top shelf, there's a small groove built in that I keep my pencils in, and my phone so I can watch YouTube.Underneath that groove, on the bottom shelf, in the open section of the desk, there's supposed to be a small plank of wood that acts as a section/storage divider. It sits a little bit in front of the hole where your cables go. Mine moves, lol. Might've installed it wrong, I have no idea. I like to fiddle with it when I'm bored. It poses no risk to structural integrity if you wanted a bit more open storage space, so you can remove it if you want. Just do it before you put the entire desk together, as its location would make it difficult to remove once assembled and you'd have to take the top half of the desk off.Just note that if your wrists/arms hurt against the edge of the desk when resting them, then the desk is probably set too high--otherwise, you should probably get a cushioning matt. I ended up getting a cushioned mousepad for my wrist.Overall, very happy with my purchase. It's a desk, and I like it.

Lightweight and easy to use
Easy set up and very lightweight for an adjustable desk. The drawer is thin, but spacious. It can easily hold a notebook or two and basic office supplies. The usb and c port options on the front are very helpful for charging devices.

Works great
I got this to match my wife's black standing glass top desk from Costco. This one is significantly lighter with similar features and was cheaper than many identical looking desks on Amazon at the time. I use it on a carpet surface and never had issues with instability. I can take notes on the desktop with white dry erase markers too. The height controls are responsive and the charging ports work just fine. My only gripe is a metal bevel that runs along the edge on the underside of the desk and gets in the way of my C-clamp monitor mount from resting flush against the bottom of the desk. This was remedied with a spacer block but felt like a slight oversight. Otherwise a great desk several months in.

Perfection
This desk was incredibly easy to put together. It is so sturdy and quiet. It’s the perfect size. I have two very large monitors and a laptop as well as my keyboard, mouse pad etc. There’s room to have cups sitting off to the side for drinks. I have my crochet on the other side for down time. The 4 preset options are perfect for sitting, standing, under desk elliptical, and whatever else you may need. It moves smoothly and silently. Everything is solid and very well constructed. The instructions were so very easy to follow. It was a pleasure to assemble. And I feel so accomplished that I did it!! My husband and I agree it’s cat attractive looking as well. I’ve already recommended it to several people and will continue to sing its praises. Works perfectly for what I needed. The picture I’ve attached is from when I originally set it up and my office was still in shambles. But it should show the basic gist.I now keep my laptop bag hanging off one hook and my headset off the opposite side from where it is in this picture. The drawers aren’t of much use to me, but nice to have. And the center cubbies are nice to hold my docking station and keep the wires a LITTLE at bay.

Stylish but Disappointing Build Quality
I really wanted to love this desk because of its style and features, but unfortunately, the build quality is severely lacking.I’ve assembled countless pieces of furniture without any issues, and while this desk had relatively few steps, some of the mounting holes were improperly sized. This made assembly frustrating, as the bolts wouldn’t tighten securely. I eventually gave up and tried to disassemble it for a return, but one of the bolts that had tightened became stripped and couldn’t be removed. The drawer came pre-assembled, but it’s slightly crooked. While attaching the glass top, one of the metal anchors literally came loose when I tried to insert a bolt, which was very disappointing. This desk has some great features, including a dry-erase surface, a built-in drawer, and USB charging. However, the poor construction completely overshadows these perks. The lift motor is also much smaller in size to my smaller (48” width) Flexispot desk, which has held up wonderfully for years. If the quality matched the design, this would be a fantastic desk. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it as is.
