This is the best cleanse I have ever taken. Tastes good, like cloves and easy to swallow. Make sure to drink an 8oz glass of water with a half dose (1 pill per bottle) and a little more than that with a full dose (2 pills each bottle). I did not get this product for free though I wish I did since I have purchased so many for friends and family. Getting healthy can be expensive especially when medical insurance will not cover products like this that actually work. The Dr. that created this is a genius. I have tried many types of products to rid the body of microorganisms that don't belong as well as toxins and nothing compares to this. I was bitten by a tick and got Lyme disease and was told by my doctor that there is no cure and there isn't much they can do. I had a lump on my head for almost a decade from that tick bite. After taking this stuff, the lump was sore for about a week, and after that the bump finally went down. After many years of trying to address this lump with other products it is now flush with my skull after a couple of weeks. Most products don't have the right balance and are very harsh on the system killing off good bacteria and not replenishing it which can cause other health issues like horrible acne. This product is very effective even at half the dose. I usually have horrible skin issues, headaches and stomach aches when taking other products. There are no negative side effects with this product (as long as you start slow and try half dose first if you are really sensitive). So far the worst side effect has been brain fog which is very tolerable compared to other products Ive tried. I started with half dose for a few weeks. The Brain fog went away after week 2 with my partner and myself. Once I felt that go away and had a bunch of energy for another week I decided to go to full dose. The brain fog came back for another 2 weeks and went away after week 2ish. My partner tried to do full dose and it was too much for him and he went back to half dose after getting itchy. I stayed on the full dose and I was fine. If you get itchy in localized areas, the cleanse is really working that area. It will subside after a while. If its uncomfortable for you or all over, lower the dose for a while or take a charcoal pill to help rid the body of those toxins created from the expiring microorganisms. This happened to my partner who typically isn't sensitive like I am and it was more localized where he was wearing tight clothes and a necklace, not all over. He was itchy around his neck one day and another day around his ankles but it would subside if he took a charcoal pill (made from hardwood not coconut husks) or a Benadryl or lowering the dose. For some reason the coconut charcoal pills don't make me feel as good as the hardwood charcoal pills so i recommend only charcoal made form hardwood. My partner said that the side effect of itchy was pleasant compared to the extreme stomach pain he had before taking this cleanse. Weve been trying to address that pain for years and couldn't really find anything that worked. He said he is amazed at how well this is working for that pain and thought he was going to have to live with that forever due to his botched surgery. Getting back to itchiness, I didn't experience that at all. I am super sensitive to everything regarding smells, soap, fabrics, lotions etc...so I started with half the dose for my body to get used to it. I believe these sensitivities come from bad microorganisms taking over. It was surprisingly effective starting slow. I am amazed what was living inside, making me feel very sick and causing a tremendous amount of pain every day. The freedom pill in the morning kills the microorganisms, the restore provides restoration of gut health and the bedtime cleanse removes toxins including chemicals. You will start feeling better after about 2 weeks but don't stop there if you want a permanent result. 3 months recommended and longer if you have been dealing with a lifetime of microorganisms living off your nutrients. The slower the better with any cleanse. The idea is to expel more than is created in your body so your immune system isn't overridden and can start helping the body remove anything that doesn't belong. Most other cleanses don't have the balance needed to avoid the negative side effects and it is not good for your health to experience those things. This started working really on the first dose relieving the pain in my legs and lower back which has felt like a vice grip was squeezing those areas for years. I have been on this for 1+ month and I have had so many positive results. I bought several sets of this and have been recommending it to friends and family. My hair is starting to grow back, my skin issues are clearing up, the eczema on my hands (really dry & red) is going away which everyone tells me is the dry weather. This company PCI clinic is out of Scottsdale AZ and will test body fluids for anything that doesn't belong. You can purchase a test for urine, saliva, stool or blood etc.. and they will let you know what they find as far as fungus, parasites, bacteria or virus. The best way to go about that to get a true reading on what is living inside you is to buy the cleanse, take it for a few days and then test a body fluid. You will see stuff come out in your urine that normally will not come out otherwise. Keep a flashlight in the bathroom to view urine so you know and can see everything. I think taking the cleanse for a few days before testing will give you a more accurate test. I have been battling many health issues that doctors can't and won't figure out all because my blood tests came back normal. I definitely didn't feel normal. Those tests through western medicine are useless in my opinion since I was in so much pain with intermittent stabbing pains in every organ of my body at different times of the day. My partner has been dealing with unbearable stomach pain after having multiple hernia surgeries and this has helped his pain tremendously. I know most people want something really powerful & fast so they don't have to remember to take something often but when doing a cleanse, the slower the better so you don't shock your body and create other health issues. Some of these things you have lived with for a lifetime have burrowed into organs and tissues. You want your body to keep up with the release of toxins and damaged tissue when you are killing things off that don't belong. I believe all health issues stem from either bacteria, fungus, parasites or virus infection taking over the body usually after an illness that lowered the immune system. You need a balance of the right bacteria and fungus in the body to stay healthy. I believe this cleanse provides that so far for me. It has strangely really lowered my appetite, I really dont crave anything. Ive been trying to gain weight since a really bad flu and haven't been able to for months until this cleanse. Im not eating alot but Ive gotten back up to my regular weight weirdly. I love that Whatever they find in your body fluid after a test, there is 1 product that addresses it all. Love Love Love!!! Most people and doctors don't really know what is causing your issues so to have 1 product to address anything that doesn't belong is genius! If you were told you have a tumor, mass of cells, spot on the lung, fatty liver, hair loss eczema, pain throughout the body etc...buy this cleanse or find a natural pathetic doctor that only suggests natural remedies that God gave us to heal ourselves and make sure they created the right balance. DO NOT biopsy any tumor or clump of cells etc... it will spread throughout the body. Your body encapsulated it for a reason. Take something that will kill it off while it's encapsulated to avoid spreading the infection to other parts of the body. Going to a primary care doctor in the insurance system is trained to keep you coming back and is always "practicing" medicine". They don't listen and do the opposite of want you want them to do all because of pride in my opinion. They don't want you telling them what you think it might be or that you are using Google to find out what is happening to your body, but they will use Google to search your issues and for some reason their search results are valid, and your search results are just another paranoid person. They want to label you as self-diagnosing when they only know a few minutes of your life and you are the one that lives with your body, experience the symptoms and usually know what effects your body negatively better than any doctor that wants to prescribe synthetic medication mimicking something in nature only because they can patent it. Synthetic medications do not work as well as nature does. Your body knows what to do with natural products not chemicals created by man. There are very few exceptions on that but not many. I think if most people can focus on addressing the microorganisms we come in contact with every day we can heal all ailments. These things are everywhere in life you pick up through pets, soil, food, door handles, schools, playgrounds, walking barefoot etc...to help the body keep up with these things after a good cleanse take a cayenne pepper with everything you eat. You would never know what has invaded because the medical industry tries to sell to patients that parasites don't exist in the United States. That is complete misinformation. They are trained to keep you coming back and explains why it is so difficult for a doctor to order a test for these things. If you are blessed enough to get a doctor that listens and cares they will only test for what they think you might have. How would they ever know there are so many. I ordered 2 sets directly from the PCI clinic and the product came undamaged. I ordered 3 more sets from Amazon and every box has damaged product with powder at the bottom of each bottle except for the Freedom bottle. Restore & Cleanse on all sets are damaged with loose product at the bottom and half empty pills. Not good when a certain dose of the product is required for a successful outcome :(

These capsules worked great for my husband, but not for me. I got too upset a stomach and had to discontinue.

I am about to start my second week. First week, I really didn't notice much. I normally am not consistent with my bowel movements unless I am taking my probiotics. Since taking these I stopped taking my probiotics so I can see how well it functions alone. For the first 2/3 days I didn't have a bowel movement at all. When I finally did go, it was a very smooth experience. My first week is up and I'm still not going consistently. I have noticed a bit more headaches and I have been sneezing alot with a runny nose. So that could be part of the cleansing as well.The instructions say you may start to see a difference around the 3 week mark but it's best to use this for a complete 2 -3 months. Which means you'd have to buy 2 more packs of these which can be quite expensive. It's very gentle to the point that I hardly notice any "cleansing" effect. But I will continue until it's done to see if I notice anything different. But I do appreciate that it doesn't have senna leaf in it.

This system has a lot of ingredients included known to support digestive health. It has worked well for me as a gentle way to cleanse and I highly recommend.

I got these recently as I’ve been have horrible stomach aches and was willing to try anything. They actually did help my health and made me feel better. They are super easy to swallow and don’t taste terrible. I love how they are natural and not full of chemicals. I highly recommend these for anyone.

I would recommend starting this on a Friday night and taking it thru the weekend if you have a weekday job. Your body will likely need to adjust to it and having a bathroom nearby is a good idea. Some of the herbs in the "freedom" capsules do make my GI system rumbly. I do like the 3 system approach and I also like the ingredients in each. I have taken other cleanses in the past and this one is one of the more comprehensive versions. It will be harder the first week or two, but gets normal and easier for the last 2 weeks. You should be feeling lighter, cleaner and better afterwards. Everyone is different however, so be mindful of that.
