This was an old school favorite i loved as a child and i got it for my daughter for her 7th birthday hoping she would love it too.. she did.. she uses it every day.. she loves how it lights up and is easy for her to use..

This skip ball was easy enough to put together but we’re just not into it. Maybe it’s the age, or not having multiple kids that are fighting to use it but he got it, tried it, and put it away. The unit is fine and would be good exercise and balance practice for little kids if they would just use it.

This skip ball is a neat toy, take note of the DIY mention. You must assemble before use and I did not find the instructions provided that helpful. I was about to give up and thought I had received a defective product until I came on here and read other's reviews. The product is heald together by an elastic cord. I don't have high hopes for longevity of this cord. The shaft comes covered in a squishy foam. There is no mention to remove this when assembling so it seemed the shaft was too short. You must remove the foam covering the shaft to assemble. After attaching the wheel, you need to push on a very flimsy plastic cover. The cover is held by 2 small plastic rods, and there are mutliple holes to push in the cover. Beware, some holes are actually filled in and cannot be used. If you push to hard, the rods quickly break. The wheal does light up and the kit also comes with cute little charms that can be stuck on with the provided sticky dots. I'm not impressed by the quality of this product, but the idea is nice.

The Ankle Skip Ball is a fantastic toy for kids! It’s perfect for ages 4-8 and keeps them entertained with hours of outdoor fun. My kids love the challenge and excitement of skipping with it. There are other skip balls on the market that have a better wheel to roll around the ankle and don't require assembly!! This should come assembled unless it's going to fit together like a James Bond car. Which it doesn't. Extra parts and poor directions to boot. The assembly is tough, the plastic pieces break easily (we had to throw away the end cap as a connector broke super easily), and the stickers don't stick. It looks terrible since part of it broke. It still works but sort of in a on its last-leg way. I don't recommend this.

This toy had potential but it was too hard to assemble. One end requires that you screw it on. The threading shaft was so short I could not get the nut to even begin to thread onto it. I tried, tried and tried and finally decided I could not be that inept. The thread shaft was simply too short to complete the manipulation. I gave up, put it back in the box and returned it. Meant to take it to my granddaughter the next day at a family picnic so I was very disappointed.

I am reviewing the Getatoy Ankle Skipball for Kids. This toy was easy to assemble and is easy to fold if needed. My grandkids are having a blast with this toy. Once they figured out how to start, it didn’t take long for them to master the move. They really like skipping at dusk when they can really see the lights. This toy is a little short in length so it doesn’t work as well for us adults. But the kids love it, and that’s what matters!

Come folded up with some simple instructions.Set up takes about 1 minute with all equipment included needed (little spanner).There are also a bunch of jelly stickers to decorate it further.The wheel at the end lights up as it runs round the leg. A fun toy with memories of childhood. The children found the coordination tricky but with a bit of practice it will be great.I don't know if it will be a long term favourite toy, but it was fun to use.

I got this for my 7 year old who immediately noticed that it lights up and couldn't wait for me to build it for her. Took around 10 mins because the spanner supplied is, well a bit naff, so used a socket instead. For the adults its simple to put together and folds away for easy storage too. Tip, keep the box remove on of the side tabs and you can close the box around the wheel without having to remove it.This actually requires a little skill, coordination and determination to get it to work. But once you are able to get the momentum going it becomes hilariously fun to watch and a delight to hear the giggles with the dad ... dad look dad every second. lolGreat price hours of fun. highly recommended.

Ordered this for my 3 year old daughter as I used to have this when I was little. This is a great toy but she is a bit young and is still learning how to use it. But the device is sturdy and easy to put together eith clear instructions. The lights on the wheel are a great touch.We used this on the grass, so not sure what the noise level is.Great size for young kids. I had to take off my shoes for it to fit around my ankle.But definitely fun. Would recommend.
