So glad to purchase this hot and cool skin care device! Has been using for a while, spend me about few minutes day and night. I can see the improvement after few days, fine lines and redness have been reduced. This is a very useful product but not a miracle maker. As women can't be lazy coz no one can help you out. Not sure if these reviewers here are bots, paid (given item free for Rave review), or part of the company who made this item? :/ but here's my take on this device! It doesn't work. Period. I received the device yesterday, followed all instructions very clearly, and to my surprise, it didn't even start up! No flashes of Blue. Orange Or Red across the "Beautiful" LCD screen as the manual loves to bring acute attention to! It would not power up Via ANY USB port device, I even used my uncle's Multimeter electrical test device to see if there might be any current at all. And indeed, it proved me right. There was ZERO electrical output indicating that the electric board was not getting a current! So it proves that this device is faulty. However was I just unlucky and received a once off faulty item? But if that's the case, they clearly WERE NOT Safety Tested! If it were. It would also have an affixed SAFETY TEST sticker! Avoid. Is my summary!

Arrived very quickly . Well packaged and really nice look machine . Hubby called it my face iron . Only used it for a day so I'll update again in a few weeks

Really can feel the different and great for the price

It's not going to change your life. For me it's OK for what it is. Wouldn't buy at full price. As for LED stuff...try putting a coloured Led bulb in a lamp. I'm not even sure light therapy works, so I won't get into that further.

I am writing this review after using it for more than 2 weeks. Although i did not expect much from this it really disappointed me. The temperature doesn't reach 42 deg or 6 deg and it takes quite some time to heat up. But since it automatically shuts off every 3 mins, i cannot use even for 2 mins at right temperature. Can't feel vibration so cannot even feel relaxed. This is the only product from amazon that has disappointed me so much.

Its arrived sooner than its said to be, but very disappointed with the product, the package is squashed so its ripped like some body sitting on it. its worked for 6 minutes then gone dead, I charged it 5 hours as its said on the instructions but nothing happened. And also when i bought it i paid 29.99£ but a week after price gone down to 19.99£ i feel like i been robbed.
