I've been using this for 6 months. There's a slight learning curve. If you wear this wrong, it will be painful, so placement is key. It should wrap snugly around your natural waist/lower back and provide lumbar support. The seat should rest just in front of your hip and it will be lower than the waist strap under baby's weight. If you put it on and it's putting strain on your whole body, take it off and try again!! This carrier is ONLY suitable for a baby who is sitting up independently. You will need to keep your arm around baby, which is easy to do. Baby's shoulder is tucked in your armpit and he can easily nap on your shoulder/chest. ❤️ As with any carrier, you will eventually get tired since you're still carrying baby's weight, but it should be distributed comfortably and allow you to hold baby for much longer! I adore that this is a carrier, diaper bag, and purse, all in one. My wiggly 25lb baby can go from floor to hip 100 times an hour, as he desires, without fussing with any straps. I carry my phone, wallet, keys, a teether, extra diapers, pack of wipes (1/4 full), and a 4oz bottle of milk in this carrier, and bring literally nothing else. It's great. The black color goes with any outfit, and always gets questions and compliments from strangers who are amazed. I do feel a little silly wearing a saddle when baby isn't sitting in it (for example, if dad is carrying him) but it's so worth it to not need to carry any additional items. This would be an amazing gift for any mom of babies/toddlers, or as a gift to yourself. Buy it!

This carrier is sturdy and extremely comfortable to wear. It’s very functional for our needs as I can store several diapers and wipes in the larger zipper pocket and my phone fits in the smaller pocket which I can easily put away and pickup as I need it. The band is quite thick and supportive so I feel like the weight is very evenly distributed and doesn’t pinch or sag. We love the versatility of being able to hold the baby and pass her off to other people easily, and now that she’s older we can turn her around and let her sit facing out as well. Both parents struggle with back issues and we find that we can both baby wear for a long time with this without feeling pain or having her get overheated in the summer as well as can happen with other baby wearing products.

I took this to Italy for my 2 year old last year. Easy to use, just adjust to your waist and Velcro. Super durable still usable till this day if it weren't for my daughter is super heavy now lol. Looks great! Has zipped pockets for snacks and a mesh pocket.

I’m really impressed with how sturdy and well-made this is. I was debating between this and the original brand that created it, but I chose Momcozzy because it’s more affordable. For the price and functionality, it’s definitely worth it. I love that it has pockets, which makes it super convenient to keep my phone close by. The adjustable belt is a great feature, and since I have weaker arms, this makes carrying my baby around the house so much easier.

I use this all the time, and I always get compliments wherever I go. This has been great for my son from 5 months old (he had great neck control) to present (8 months), and I plan to keep using it until he’s too heavy. He’s currently 18 pounds. It might be a “knock off” brand of the tush baby, but I don’t think they sacrificed on quality at all. I still love my full body carrier, but here are some pros of the hip carrier vs the full body carrier- -goes on faster -it’s not as hot -baby can practice sitting -I face him outward right in front of my body, and he can see everything. More of his body is free as well. -I can easily put him down and pick him up without having to buckle or unbuckle anything -dries fast if it gets wet -I can hold him up so he’s standing on the seat. My baby loves to practice bouncing while standing on the carrier. I feel very secure holding him with both hands. -I use this when wading in pools, and it keeps his body and feet out of the water if he doesn’t want to get wet. He feels very safe and using the carrier lowers the risk of drowning in my opinion as he’s less slippery than holding him with just my hands. He’s supported. Only pro or the full body carrier over the hip carrier -ability to my totally hands free. I still use my full body carrier when taking the baby to the grocery store and when working out. With the hip carrier, at least one hand needs to be on baby at all times.

Pros: pockets! Perfec size pockets for phone and keys. Comfortable to wear. Sturdy seat. Sturdy construction. Been using it since my child was 4 months old. Perfect for the zoo, aquarium, walks, church, or anytime you might have to hold you kid for a long time. Save's my hips and back! Cons: honestly I don't know. It's great and has a great price point.

Whoever invented this is magical. This thing has been saving my arm from my big ol baby! Its super easy to put on and holds really well. My kiddo also seems to prefer this over being just held on the hip with an arm. Its so easy to carry around my 25lb baby, just using one arm to lightly support him. The only downside I've experienced is when it settles down, which is always ends up doing for me, it will dig into my hip bones. But I also dont have much padding there naturally. I'm fairly thin and it fits me still.
