Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spur Full Length Insole Inserts Arch Supports with Thick Gel

I've gained a scary amount of weight over the past several years due to my job and being somewhat home-bound. So much that I began experiencing pain in my feet. It started out minor, but over the past 6 months became worse. Concerned, my wife picked up some of thoe blue-gel insoles from the pharmacy, and they felt good for a few days, but the pain returned relatively quickly.My main issue as it turns out was with my arch, and that the gel pads just didn't offer very much support. Walking can become painful, and running even moreso. Thus, when my buddy told me about his recent purchase from Amazon and how great they felt, I didn't really believe him - but I had already tried others and was still enduring the pain. So, the product arrived, and I pulled the gel inserts and put these guys in.HOLY CRAP! THEY FELT GREAT - and I have to say, it's been a month - and they STILL feel great! In particular, I am happy with the plastic piece for arch support that they come with. It doesn't look like much, but it's positioned just the right way that it really REALLY helps. So much, that me - a 43-year-old overweight guy, can start jogging again, and walking for more than a block without having to sit down. In fact, my wife and I recently went on a trip to the beach, and we were able to walk the entire 5.5-mile boardwalk, without having any issues whatsoever.I'm extremely happy with this product, and I absolutely LOVE them. I love how my feet feel.

These are the best. I've tried about 10 different insoles sold for plantar fasciitis so far, and these are the most comfortable of all. They really eliminate the pain when I wear them. Still have pain when not wearing them, but every day gets better. These help me stick with my daily activities while I work to resolve the plantar fasciitis through stretching, exercises, etc.

at first i had high hopes for these insoles for the 1st couple of days but after a week or so of use my feet hurt worse than they did before. I really should have started using them before the return window closed.Had i known they were going to suck so bad i would have started using them from day one but stuck them in my back up work boots that i didn't need to until my primary pair of work boots got soaked.I would not recommend these insoles.

I am 67 and suddenly my heels started hurting when walking. I don't have plantars but these inserts really work in my particular case. I now understand that our feet change when we get older so, I guess I have to change my inserts.

These insoles are absolutely amazing. My insoles before were very worn and had holes in them from working 40hrs+ per week and I had foot pain constantly. I didn’t realize how much switching to a quality insole could do. I now look forward to putting on my work shoes thanks to these awesome insoles.Usually when I read reviews on products I start with the worst reviews and I was hesitant to buy these because of some of the reviews but I have no idea what people are talking about when they say these don’t work or even cause more pain. Did they even try the product? I have relatively flat feet and don’t need much arch support so maybe this could explain the “didn’t work” comment. Regardless, for $24 this product is an absolute steal. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

These are not as comfortable as the Dr. Scholl’s Gel Insoles I was using (and foolishly disposed of but they were probably worn anyway) I have fallen arches, suspected plantar fasciitis, & a sprained Achilles’ tendon. I work 8 hours a day, six days a week on my feet, one of those days I spend a few hours in a cooler. My feet are hurting again like they were when I first started this job 4 months ago.

Was too big had to a just to men’s size and makes my one heel hurt more

Not worth it for me. I do have flat feet this did not help at all.
