Depend Night Defense Adult Incontinence Underwear for Men, Disposable, Overnight, Extra-Large, Grey, 20 Count, Packaging May Vary

After prostate surgery, needed these to help with urinary incontinence until my bladder control returns. I use the night defense briefs because they are fitted and absorb a lot of urine. I stay dry and largely odor free until I am able to change them (usually many hours). I have not tried the daytime ones, but I wear the night ones during the day and the night.

This product didn't last 5 hours without leaking all over the floor. Tried it a couple of nights and no where as good as Tena, and Tena isn't great.
