This is my first time buying/using a Japanese blade. Wow! this knife is super slicey. It cuts through vegetables and meats so easy and smooth. Definitely the sharpest kitchen knife I've ever used. The handle is grippy and comfortable in my hand. It's a beautiful knife; I don't dare let anyone else in my house use it.
