Absolute rubbish, so dry! Trying to get a replacement seems beyond impossible. Dont waste your money!

Was not sealed!
I used this product before and had no issues, however this time it came not sealed so it was slightly dried out. Because of the product nature was not able to return

Easy application but not my best purchase!
I think perhaps my mistake has been in picking the wrong colour when I needed a darker brown. It works ok, not as noticeable as I would have liked. Will try another shade next time. Probably ok for dark blondes/ light brown skin tones.

Easy to use, natural effect.
I love these eyebrow pens. No longer available in store. Natural effect. Must be stored tips downwards. Mine last for months and months.

Seems empty
I had really high hopes for this product, but I don’t think there’s anything in the tube. I’ve stored it tip down, but there’s just nothing coming out. Disappointed
