The stainless steel works well and comes with double sided tape. The tape doesn't go completely to the edge but close enough. 8 guess this way it doesn't go passed the sides. I used metal snips to cut as scissors would not cut it. I used it to hide the over cut wall oven and worked perfectly.

I am really happy with the border I created for my peel and stick tile backsplash. I did use gloves but I didn't find it to be exceptionally sharp. I was easily able to cut it with the same tin snips I used for the peel and stick tile. The metal strip was easy to work with and sticks very well.

Great looking and nice and thin. The self adhesive double sided tape, gripped perfectly. Just the job for covering some old holes in the tiles. Available in different widths too. The edges are quite sharp, so gloves are important, but once in place, all good. Did the job perfectly for me.
