Good product

This bench delivered to me has the bottom members missing. This makes the bench shaky and absolutely unsafe to use. The back support fits lose as well.The weight holding rod for leg extension amd curls does not have any stopper. So the weights hit legs. Hence making extensions impossible to do on this bench. The posture for leg curls is all wrong as well.The width for the barbell support rack is short as well. So when you lift up and place the barbell back your arms collide with the rack.I had to improvise this bench with a local weldee to make is useable.This is not suitable to use as it comes.

I did not expect such poor packing and I'm guessing because of the same, a few nuts and bolts were lost in transit. The foam is low quality too.The only reason I am not returning it is because I will have to carry the whole thing for 500m on my back and then drive another 2kms where the courier dropped it.Not happy with the purchase.

Not enough sturdy.. for light weight exercises only..

The product is very easy to assemble. The materials used for the body is sturdy and of good quality. The material used for the work bench is pretty bad and very slippery. Also the nuts and bolts connecting the bench to the body do not fit properly but they do hold still so that is not a problem. The adjustable part of the bench is very shaky and working out alone for a beginner can be dangerous. Additional washers need to be provided as the nuts and bolts are not perfect. Overall a decent product. Expected slightly better though.

- Alignment is so bad, that you should be careful when you do work out. especially for leg curl which can cause injury to yourself.-No washers provided for Nuts and bolt, high wobbling chances for seat. (Its better to purchase the washers which cost less than 20Rs for your better and then tighten the bolts )-the worst part is, seat provided . It comes with 1.5cm sponge layer (mainly used these type of sponges in packing for product protection) which is a very thin layer, you can feel the bolt on your back if you are doing heavy bench press.- if you are looking at cheaper cost it is okay, but before using do the alignment first, spend some money on upholstery work for seat (cost around 500), use washers to tighten the bolt.-Always safety first.

It's cheap and good for beginners. If you don't want to spend > 20k or so for a professional gym bench, this can work. But, kindly do NOT try to do any decline workout in this. I am 5 feet 5-inch guy, and I nearly fell off it while going for a decline. And that too, only on a 5 kg set of dumbbells. First, there is no footrest, or so that can hold your feet while you go for a decline. And I guess the angle is also very low compared to a normal decline. You cannot hold more than a 5 kg set of dumbbells weight and then go down without risking an injury. Only good for incline and straight. Anyway, I needed a cheap equipment for incline purposes only. I don't do decline exercises. So it's ok for me. But not recommended for those who want to perform all types of bench press.
