This hand enameled pendant is about 1 1/4 inch tall and about half an inch wide, a red balloon on a silver string charm reminiscent of the red balloon from It. The charm comes on an 18 inch faux black leather cord with a lobster clasp and 2 inch extender, so the necklace can be adjusted to 20 inches long.
