I bought it as a gift for my husband and he likes it. I also used it few time and it works really well on my feet.

This product works good but lacks only in the heat area.

There are no kneading or front rotators for the toes, and I could only feel the kneading in the center of my foot. Even for the heels, there was no noticeable sensation. I submitted a return and refund request on the same day it was delivered. I am unsure whether this issue was due to a faulty device or just its design.

I thought the bottom of the toe will also have a massage wheel as displayed in the photo. But seems not.

Gives huge relief for my aching feet! The kneading function really helps get into my muscles and increase blood flow, and on cold days after walking around the heating function is so nice. There was a problem with kneading function failing, but the company was great about helping me replace the broken unit. I'm very well pleased with my whole experience!
