The koji rice has organic, rice grade is high, because of beautiful rice.
I am not accepted to very good quality that is great super quality and high grade koji rice. I appreciated to Amazon varieties of products.

Easy sake homebrew!
Easiest way to make sake! Fool proof rice koji for your homebrew sake recipe. I followed a recipe from YouTube and in 14 days I had good sake. Highly recommend!

Quality but too expensive
Very expensive choice when going for koji rice. You can find these much much cheaper in asian stores near you. But if you dont have the time this is ok. Product does not look like picture. I made miso with this, will update how it turns out. Easy to use, will update on the taste, texture seemed right.

Amazing stuff- great quality! I've made shio koji with this and it's done wonderful things for my meat and veggies. I used other brands of koji and this is the best so far.
