Five stars. This thing saved me during a not-so-fun dog emergency. My dog had an upset stomach, and this cleaned it up way better (and faster) than paper towels ever could. Strong suction, easy to use, and actually works on gross, real-life messes. My only regret is not ordering it sooner…I could’ve avoided a lot of gagging. If you have pets, this is a must.

Nice little carpet cleaner. We have cats and, as any cat owner knows, cleaning carpets is an almost daily job. This little wet/dry vacuum does a very good job of removing the dirt and moisture from the carpet leaving the carpet clean and stain free. Thinking of buying another one so we have one on both floors of our house.

The little green max pet cleaner if nice. It works well. I have had this for a while and never used it until this week when my dog gave it a run for the money. The 3 prong cord is nice and long. The hose wraps around the machine twice. For such a small machine it has plenty of suction to vacuum up the wet debris. It completely removed the stain from my carpet from where my dog was sick. The only complaint that I have is the difficulty of changing out the brushes. They snap into place easy, but are close to impossible to remove.

When it works, it's magic. The first one I got didn't spray - it just dripped when I pressed the trigger, if at all. (Luckily I tried it just before Amazon's return window expired.) I had to manually put the solution & water in a spray bottle & use the machine to suck it up. Not ideal, but it got the job done. Thankfully, I was able to hit the return window just in time. Made sure to try the second one immediately after receiving. In a stroke of good fortune? the cat threw up on the rug the day before it arrived. This one worked as advertised. Filled it with hot water & the water heater boosted the heat. The sprayer worked this time! The cleaning solution is effective. Machine sucked up the waste water (which, to be fair, was not an issue with either machine.) After a couple passes with the vacuum, the rug dried quickly. Easy to empty & clean. Not pleased the first one failed hard right out of the box, which is why I won't give it 5 stars. Check that the sprayer works when you get it! Like, first. thing. Don't wait until you need it to find out it doesn't spray! If I had waited another couple days I would have missed the return window & had to deal with Bissell support, which judging by other reviews is not a pleasant experience... I am happy with the performance of the second unit. However, quality control appears to be lacking, so make sure you test it immediately after receiving. May the force be with you & I hope you get a good one the first time...

Absolutely love this machine! For me its an upgrade. I had the Bissell corded Spot Bot Pet for 3 years and had to use it often because my cat would regurgitate her food up all the time. I absolutely HATED the cord on it. I had for months said I wanted a cordless for the easy access and when my old one got a hole in the tube it was time to upgrade. So for me I will be comparing this to my old corded which is about 4 year old. What I love about it: - Much smaller than the corded version - Much less bulky and lightweight - Quiet! - The suction is stronger. I dont know how they did it but its just better than my old one. - The clean water tank has a separate water and solution section. This is explained next. But in the solution area the red ball floats so it makes it easy to see how much you have left. - Cleaning of the unit is just ideally better. The unit has the water and solution in different sections of the container for this reason. When you use it with the solution you flip the switch to "deep clean" and it mixes it with the correct amount of water and solution to clean. When you are ready to clean the hose or if you want to just use water you flip the switch to "rinse". You put the clear topper on the end of the hose and flip the "rinse" button on and press the hose button water will shoot out but will go to the end where the clear topper is and then suck it back into the hose. This is what helps clean the house. You can hold the water button down for 30 seconds or so. - To fully clean the unit this is where the upgrade is MUCH BETTER! THE HOSE IS REMOVABLE!!!! So you can use the water option i listed above are you can physically remove the hose and then rinse it out. I have done the step above but every 5 or so usages I take the house out and a lot of carpet fuzz rinses out so it does a more powerful clean. - The dirty tank is removable and SO EASY TO CLEAN!!!! The old version i hated! You could not get your hand inside to deep clean and stuff would build up. This one the topper comes off and you can stick your whole hand in. - I dont know if this happened to anyone else but with my old one when i moved the dirty tank from the machine to dump it out it would leak water out at the bottom. So I always had to make sure i had my plastic tub i used to collect the water when moving to the sink. This machine you pick up the tank and it doesnt leak! The difference in technology is that the water is pushed by air up the 2 tubes in the center and then falls into the tank. - The attachment's clear topper is REMOVABLE! My old would get so dirty and fuzz would get stuck and no matter how many times I rinsed it out, it wouldnt rinse out. It got gross. - Battery life is pretty good! I have used it maybe 8 times to clean up small food clean ups and just charged it. Cons: -When cleaning out the hose and you use that clear cap some water sprays out the holes. But the holes are there because it allows for the suction of the water to do its science thing. I just slightly cover the top with my hand so it doesnt spray out and just hits my hand but I dont cap it all the way. Im very happy to have upgraded and while $150 (it was on sale a lightening deal) would have been costly for me, it was WELL WORTH IT!

Very convenient cleaner. The automatic cleaning solution mixer is a lot easier than mixing up water and soap. The heater works well and keeps the water hot while cleaning. It stores compactly and keeps all the parts together.

Very impressive engineering! We have 2 Labrador Retrievers and have owned 2 Bissell upright carpet shampooers. They were not as effective as I would have liked and seemed to break with regularity. This portable unit is well built and extremely effective and easy to use. It has excellent suction for such a small machine. It is easy to clean and store. Would highly recommend this to anyone with a pet. Our first Lab vomit issue was easily cleaned up this morning despite a deep shag carpet. Not looking forward to the next mess but I know we will be ready!

Really like this carpet cleaner. I used it on the area rug since my puppy peed on it. It took out everything and leaving the rug looking really bright. I end up doing the whole rug. It’s very easy to do and is super satisfying to see all the yucky coming out.

Es muy buena, sin embargo se tiene que tirar agua repetidamente al ser tan pequeña, las soluciones son diminutas y se terminan muy rápido

Primer máquina de lavado que compro, muy contento con el resultado, es igual 50% más fácil que lavar un sillón a mano con un 200% de mejores resultados, quedan super los sillones, tienes que agarrarle un poco el modo a la máquina, para entender como limpia para que queden todas las partes limpias, pero después de usarlo una vez lograr una buena técnica de lavado...!
