great product
My granddaughter really loves these workbooks. The groves in the paper are a great guide for little hands learning letters.

Cute and fun
Purchased for my five year old. We keep it in the car to use when we are traveling. Gives him something to work on while we are on the go. I think the theme is absolutely adorable and love that it came in a bag to keep everything together.

Invisible ink
I like everything about this product besides the size. I ended up purchasing the larger size of this version and you can see in the photos the difference. The bigger letters are easier for my child to trace.

Awesome Teaching Tool for Preschoolers
As a retired teacher with 30 years of teaching under my belt, I fully endorse this product with a few recommendations. The first thing I love is that the set comes with its own storage pouch in which everything is easily kept together. Organization is very important in the learning process so this is very helpful. The set contains 5 books, 4 pages of stickers, 5 pencil grips in the shape of dolphins, 5 pens in the shape of cacti, and two packs of refillable ink cartridges. The books are as follows: a practice math book, a practice numbers book, a practice alphabet book, a multiplication and division book, and finally a drawing book. The multiplication and division book is too advanced for preschoolers, but it can be saved for the child to use later on when ready.I think the concept of the grooved books for a preschooler to practice their handwriting is a great idea. Another fantastic idea is that the pens have disappearing ink so the child can reuse the books over and over and over. Being reusable makes this a great value for the price. The following are recommendations that I would like to offer the manufacturer. First, the letters are very small. When preschoolers are learning to write, it is very difficult for them to write small because they are still developing their fine motor skills. If the books were made with pages that were 8.5x11, the letters could have been made larger, thus giving preschoolers a better opportunity to be more successful in their beginning stages of handwriting. Second, the pencil grips, although a great idea, are extremely difficult to get onto the pens. (I will probably end up trashing these before giving this set to my granddaughter because they are, unfortunately, more frustrating than helpful.) Third, every single book in this set of 5 has a misspelling in the back of the book on the very last page. The last page lists 5 steps to good posture. Step 3 says, "Sit bock in the chair," rather than "Sit back in the chair." You can see the mistake in my picture. However, I was able to easily correct this mistake with a sharpie and convert the "o" into an "a." Fourth, once again, the concept of multiplication and division is too advanced for preschoolers.Even though I feel there are several things that could be enhanced in this set of books, I do feel they were made with the correct intent toward assisting young children as they work toward the development of their fine motor skills. I would recommend that if your preschooler is not "ready" for the challenges of these books due to the small print, I think they would still enjoy using them at a later time, probably through the ages of 7 or 8. Therefore, my advice is to introduce them to your preschooler and then base their use off your preschooler's success level and/or frustration level. If they are not ready when first introduced, wait a couple of months and then try again. Continue this pattern until your child is ready. All children develop their fine motor skills at different times and at their own pace. Parents, don't get discouraged if you purchase this set and your child is not quite ready. Be patient. He/She will be ready before you know it.HAPPY SHOPPING!

I Love Anything That Encourages Learning!
First off, I have to say that these handwriting books are probably an inch and a half shorter than this set that my son got for my grandson. The bigger size is much nicer because the letters are not quite as small and that is hard for kindergartners just starting out. While preschoolers and kindergartners are developing their fine motor skills, it helps them to have the bigger letters instead. That is the reason why I am giving this four stars instead. Also, I wanted the seller to be able to fix the misspellings on the back of the book. If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to reach out to me. I would be very happy to help you with that. The word children on the back page does not have 2-Dโs in it. On the inside of the back cover, number three says, Sit bock instead of sit back ๐ฅบ That being said, I like that practice kit has not only the reusable pins that have disappearing ink, but the letters themselves are grooved, which I havenโt decided if thatโs a good thing or not.Yes, it helps them in learning to write the letters and be neat, but I have not actually seen the end result as to if the kids are careless then when it comes to writing their letters without the grooving. We got these in hopes that it will give him the extra practice without as much struggle and long-term. Hopefully he will learn to be neat as we move forward. My grandson also loves the little games and other things that stimulate creativity and thinking. So not only is he getting the writing skills,, but the little games in between give them a break from the handwriting long enough to do something a little bit different and then get back to the handwriting. After homeschooling, six kids and now working with my grandson, I have 25+ years of teaching under my belt and Iโm thinking that this set may a great idea!๐Disclaimer-My review is part of the Vine program on Amazon. They chose us to give our honest opinions/reviews in exchange for products at a reduced price. I have to pay taxes on the items, so they are not completely free. Here is my personal rating system:๐๐๐๐๐ Five Stars - If I absolutely love the product and it exceeds my expectation, I will actively suggest the product to the people I influence and would purchase it again myself as needed.๐๐๐๐ Four Stars - I really like the product and it does what the seller claims it would do. I would more than likely recommend it to someone if I knew they were looking for that product.๐๐๐ Three Stars - The product is standard, and for the most part does exactly what they say it does, but I would specify any differences. There may be things about a three star rating that I donโt like about the product. If I knew someone were looking for that specific item and I recommend it to them, I would also share with them the reservations that I have.โญ๏ธโญ๏ธ Two Stars - I take low ratings seriously. I also take seriously issues with products after you have spent good money on them. In this case, I would probably never recommend anything that I would rate two stars on, in fact, I would probably tell people so they would shy away from it.โญ๏ธ One Star - it would take some serious issues to get a one star review for me. A bad product and bad customer service would do it though.I take pride in giving honest reviews & hope this review is helpful to you! ๐ค

Great Handwriting Practice
These have been great handwriting practice for both my first grader and my third grader. Since there are multiple books and pens in the set, the kids are able to share one set. This really is a great product.
