I am hoping something can be done about these oversized ...
I am hoping something can be done about these oversized chair cushions. They extend a few inches past the couch and the cushions are so hard.The back is solid and attached. I looked and sat on this couch in their furniture store and the cushions were much different.

Comfortable and beautiful
Beautiful loveseat and couch. Starts off a bit hard and stiff but the cushions soften up after sitting on them after a period of time. Color is more of a beige - grey than cream but it is still gorgeous!

Came wrapped nicely, which was good as it was snowing the day of delivery. Very firm, high seat cushions, which I like because I am tall .My only reservation is, the back is not as high as I would like, and you feel a little reclined. Pillows are too big to be of much use- I have them on the floor. The couch itself is beautiful, and true to color. I am very pleased with the purchase. The delivery driver was very helpful and courteous. I rate things as , "would I buy this again?", and I definitely would!

Disappointed but tired of fighting
Delivery was an absolute nightmare. Was lost for one week and unable to be tracked necessitating multiple phone calls. Was damaged when finally arrived and getting it replaced was also a hassle. Shipping again problematic. The second sofa is lovely to look at, but cushions are much too firm and stick out almost two inches from the edge. Disappointed but tired of fighting.

It's beautiful so far I love it however make sure you have people to load it to your house because it's superheavy and my disappointment was that one of the arm has a box cutter slice in it I don't know how that happened and because of that I believe it's worse to buy from Ashley and pay the extra $200 for safety purposes and they will load it to your house, but I love the sofa, it's beautiful and so comfy and the company offered me a 10% discount and a repair kit and am waiting 😊
